Do not use Titan Roofing to repair your roof, they want to get paid upfront!
to start other jobs behind yours. They never show up as promised to start the job only to collect the check. Items stolen from my property were never recovered. Employees are never supervised while on the job and free to do whatever they like. My wife caught several employees drinking on our property another brazen to flip his happy little finger at my security camera.
Sean who is supposedly the owner of the company has not made any effort on his part to come out and repair the leaks they have caused by poor craftmanship. I have water leaks in my screen porch, workshop and carport.
Metal roof overhang was cut crooked as if no one would notice it. Buyer beware!

Very happy with the job and the service from Titan. Sean personally handled everything for me. He extremely courteous and professional, always patient to answer all my questions and explained everything to me clearly.

They are certified with all the major roofing manufacturers so I am not locked in with a specific brand and able to pick out the best product for my house. The job was completed quickly and the new roof looked beautiful, exactly how I anticipated. It's been at least 3 months now. Not a single leak or issue and they also do have a 10 year no leak warranty.

I would definitely recommend Sean and Titan to anyone!

We are very pleased with our new roof from Titan Roofing. We were referred to Sean at Titan by our next door neighbor. We needed a new roof due to severe hail damage. Of all three bids we received, Sean was by far the most knowledgeable, honest and up front with us. His bid was very fair, and we were worked into his schedule quickly. The crew was efficient and did great work. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. The new roof looks so beautiful that neighbors are stopping me to compliment me on the look. Sean also tied up loose ends with our insurance company for us. We highly recommend Sean and Titan, and have referred neighbors and friends to them.

What a joy to find such a responsive and trustworthy company to work with. The owner, Chris, was amazing. I was so impressed with his technology. I scheduled an appointment with him, and by the time I got home he had already sent up his drone and had measurements of the roof downloaded in his iPad. With just a few clicks and a bit of discussion on extra work I wanted him to include, I had my estimate in my inbox. Wow! I want that for my business! My insurance company asked me to get 3 estimates, but I already knew I wanted him to do the work. Once the contract was signed, he estimated a start date of about 5 days out. I was surprised when he called me and said that the crew was coming out 3 days earlier than planned. He kept me informed along the way and was quick to respond when I noticed that a fascia board hadn't been painted. His guy showed up 30 minuets later and it was done. My roof looks gorgeous and his 10 year labor warranty put him head and shoulders above the rest. Thanks to Titan roofing and his amazing hard working crew that got the job done in a little over a day. 5 stars all the way! My only regret was that I wanted to see the drone!

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE with Chris and Titan Roofing. Chris is highly communicative, came out with sample products and dealt with our insurance company to make sure our hail damage was covered correctly. He used some hi-tech methods to survey our roof and get all the details right and everything he promised, including being started and finished in one day with a very clean yard was absolutely delivered.

I value his honesty and integrity and a job well done. I recommend TItan roofing.

THE BEST ROOFER! It's a jungle out there finding a good roofer. We are so lucky to have chosen the right one! Chris, the owner of TITAN ROOFING, helped us all along the way. He is clear and honest about EVERYTHING. On the scheduled date he showed up with a crew of about 6-8 men who got down to work and were done in about 6 hours! ALL DONE! And they cleaned up after themselves to perfection. My sister next door unfortunately had signed with another company. She had only 3 guys working slow using cheap materials and it took them about 3 days. And then she had to call them back to redo her roof! That won't happen with TITAN! Chris, the owner, is very clear and transparent about the job and the quality materials he uses. I learned a lot about roofing. He also added a new ridge vent. He also negotiated with our insurance company to get more money for our other damaged property. TITAN also did my aunt's house to perfection. HE KNOWS HIS BUSINESS. I gave him A+ with BBB - and so has everybody else. TITAN IS THE BEST!

Chris worked with the insurance company to get us all of the repairs that we needed after the April hail storm, and we couldn't be more pleased with the finished job. I appreciated that Chris was on site throughout the day, overseeing the crew and making sure everything was just right.
