My 16 year old concrete tile roof needed a lot of valley work. We are surrounded by oak trees. I had an active leak and more to come. It's got steep pitches, and a lot of valleys, so Dean was honest that it would not be cheap to do it thoroughly and properly. He got back to me in a reasonable time, with a realistic estimate. He did one valley that was leaking quickly before the first rain, then came back and did the rest. They had to replace all the underlayment in the valleys, clean of tons of dirt, moss, debris, etc. and clean out gutters. The work was thorough, workers respectful, and cleaned up nicely. They came back for one follow-up spot quickly. The roof and gutters did great during the heavy rains this winter. I would definitely call Miller again and recommend them to anyone.

Dean and his team did an excellent job on my entire roof. Dean is such a honest person. He knew what I needed and knew how to get the job done. He repaired all my valleys including cracked tiles and replacing gaskets. He even went the extra mile fixing unforseen items by instructing his team to get the job done. He is very fair with his price. His Yelp reviews doesn't include all the homeadvisor reviews he gets. I highly recommend Dean and his team for any future roofing repairs. They are very quick as they have a large team to handle all situations.

Miller Roofing is truly as good as it gets. Dean was very professional, on time, and saved me thousands of dollars with his honesty. A different roofer told me I'd have to replace my roof, while Dean came out as a second opinion and on the spot fixed a few potential leaky spots and assured me that the roof doesn't need replacement for 5-10 years. Wow!! So hard to find honest tradesmen these days.

They are so professional, always arriving early and completed the job quickly. The price was so reasonable too! Miller Roofing was excellent! We had the entire roof redone with gutters and all. There was even two different types with some dry rot repair. They were punctual with their response for a quote and got to us when they said they would. ( about a week out ) Dean Miller was very professional and their crew was fast, effective, and thorough. They got the work done in 2 1/2 days which we are very happy with especially considering they cleaned/ repaired the existing venting and flashing and even replaced the little roof in our water heater housing on the attached side of the house. We are very happy with the roof, the interactions with the company, and the manner in which the work was done.
The short of it: Great local company, would highly recommend them. Price was not only fair but spot on the quote price.

I would like to say how pleased we were with the work Miller Roofing Services did for us but ""pleased"" just doesn't cut it -- we were totally impressed, as were a number of our neighbors who observed the workers over the course of the two days. Mark, the supervisor, and his 6 or 7-man** crew were timely, professional, well-organized, well-trained, well-supervised, accommodating, friendly, and seemingly inexhaustible. And their clean-up was impeccable. Had it not been for couple of old underlayment remnants caught in the tree canopy along the side of the house, we would never have known any roofing work had been done. We will gladly recommend Miller Roofing Services to my neighbors...and to anyone else who asks.
