Oh yeah, Miller Roofing Services will return your call for an estimate. We called several companies and never heard back from them. Miller Roofing was half the price we got from one Roofing company. First of all, Miller returned my call. Many roofing companies did not even bother to respond to my request for a quote. I know roofing companies were busy this year after all the rainfall but the least they can do is respond to potential customers.

The quoting process was straightforward. Dean was professional and prompt. He gave me a written estimate and explained what was needed and what materials would be used. Another, much more expensive, company made me wait a week and then visit their fancy showroom for a presentation. I just need a roof, I don't have time to drive around and view power points. Dean gave me everything at my home in person and then emailed my quote.

The work looks great! The crew foreman was very professional and everything was promptly completed and looks well done. My existing roof was a mess, not well maintained by the previous owner and not built to code. What a relief to see a professional job and know I don't have to worry about this roof. The work site was super clean when they left and they also worked with my neighbors to make sure their yard was free of debris as well.

After calling 10 roofing companies and 5 estimates later, I decided on Miller Roofing. Dean was quick to respond, and was on time with our first appointment. He was down to earth, direct and made the process easy to understand. (After measuring the house, he gave me an estimate before he left.) No sales pitch; I just wanted a roof, done right. I had the feeling if something WERE to go wrong, Dean would make it right and not take advantage for more $$. When Mark showed up with the crew, he was very clear of the process and let me know the most economical way to go with repairing any dry rot. The crew were great in getting the job done in three days. (Hard workers!). And, I'm embarrassed to say, they left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. The roof looks great!

Was pretty happy with the roof itself, but overall pretty unhappy. After two days of work, no one showed up for three days. I had to call the owner to ask why, instead of him telling us in advance. After they finished, the color of the gutters and downspouts didn't match. When we pointed this out, the owner argued that it was just the lighting. It wasn't. Trust me. Trash (energy drink cans, beer bottles, etc.) was left in our attic. Debris was everywhere in our garage and attic. We were pressured a bit, too, for payment before the work had passed inspection. Maybe this is par for the course with roofers, but disappointing nonetheless.

Dean Miller has an absolute 5 star roofing company. I desperately needed a new roof. My roof was a 3 time over lay and was literally coming off in hunks and chunks. I was terrified each time the weather was calling for rain. So I decided it was time for a new roof. Knowing this was going to be a costly repair I received 3 estimates.
