Let me be clear - I have not contracted with Miller Roofing Services. Not because I didn't want to, but because they are not currently taking the kind of work that I have.

Why am I writing a review then? Because these days it is so rare to have a company return a phone message within 2 business days and then take the time to give excellent advice, knowing they were not going to be taking the work.

It's refreshing to receive such great customer service. I have no doubt just as much care goes into their work. When I'm ready to put on a new roof instead of just heave some eaves repaired, Miller Roofing Services will be my first call.

Replaced my rental roofing for my rental two months ago. Excellent value, no drama, they just simply delivered their their promise. What I like the most is that there were no surprises during the job, no renegotiating for more money due to problem discovered. Just good work delivered on time. Highly recommended.

reAter the last storm, I contacted three roofing companies for quotes on repairs or replacement. Dean was the only one to get back to me in a timely manner to set an appointment. He came on time. Crazy to have to say that, but people actually don't show up, or come late!

After checking my roof and taking pictures, Dean explained the options we had. We had to add some vents, etc. No upselling pressure. He sent me the pictures and an invoice quickly, we decided to replace the roof.

Once that decision was made, things moved quickly! We got an appointment for the following week.

The demo crew arrived earlier than expected, but had the roof torn off in a few hours. They covered everything and cleaned up behind themselves.

The next morning, the crew arrived on time and got starte. They worked quickly, but a wind storm rolled in so they had to stop in the middle of the day. There was some rot that had to be repaired, and the extra cost for that (which were advised of may be discovered as the old roof is removed) was reasonable. They came back the next day, and my new roof was done! His crew did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves. The inspecter came the next day, and I received a copy of the permits for my records.

Here are some tips:
1. If you have large plants around your house, support them. The demo crew lays out heavy tarps, and some of my plants were damaged.
2. In our case, the shingles were removed but the wood base was intact. It has cracks, so the dirt from the demo fell into the attic all over everything. In hindsight, I would have covered most of the attic items with tarps to protect them.

All in all, I would hire Dean again! He was always available for questions, his crew was efficient, and we have a gorgeous new roof that will hopefully keep my house much cooler this summer!

We had a minor issue with our roof. I gave Miller Roofing a call and the owner called me back within minutes and arrived at my house same day. The owner went out of his way to help me and arranged to do the repair at a very fair cost. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs!

Dean and his team did a great job on my roof! They were quick, thorough, and very reasonably priced. I had several other roofers attempt to up-sell me at every turn, but Dean was very straightforward about what I needed and didn't need. If you want a great roof at a great price without the hassle or sleazy salesmanship, this is your company!

I cannot rate Miller Roofing highly enough. Five stars is not adequate.

My expectations were exceeded in all regards, from initial contact/bidding/ contracting, to scheduling, to timeliness, to roof removal, to laying of new sheathing/shingles, to site cleanup, and to final invoicing/payment.

My project involved: a) complete removal of existing wooden shake and tar paper roofing; and b) installation of new OSB sheathing, water barrier, roof venting, and asphalt shingles.

Owner Dean Miller was very personable, direct, and honest. He was very confident in his firm's ability to perform. Dean came, took measurements, and produced the project bid himself. (I appreciated this tremendously as opposed to other bidders who either never came to view my home or produced bids from a computer data base on my home.)

The Miller crew leader (Mark) was always onsite and taking care of all aspects of the project. The roof removal subcontractor was on time, quick with its work, and good with site cleanup. The Miller installation crew was on time, hard working, and conscientious with its work, including final site cleanup. Deliveries of supplies were on time. The crew worked carefully to fit the project in between early Fall rain storms.

The original bid price was the lowest among five estimates from local firms. Dean's personal approach further won the contract. The final project cost came in right as quoted in the original contract.

I highly, highly recommend Miller Roofing to any party. It was great to work with a local business committed to excellence in its provision of service, and to superior customer service.

Miller Roofing replaced our roof Sept 2020 and it looks great! Initially, Dean came out, measured and inspected our roof, and even took some pictures to show us some problem areas that we were not aware of. Once we scheduled the work, his crew came out and got right to work each day. They were on-time, hard working, and considerate. They cleaned up the perimeter of the house at the end of each day, just like Dean said they would. I highly recommend Miller Roofing Services for a fair price and a professional job, done right. Another important thing to note, my neighbor was also impressed with the crew and the finished job, so now he has Miller Roofing scheduled to replace his new roof too!

Mike Miller charged $250 for 5 mins of work and $10 of material that did nothing whatsover to fix the leak. He wore no protective mask and then urinated in the bushes in front of my house before he left. I would never recommend this crook to come onto anyone's property for any reason.
