See breakdown of positives and areas for improvement below. General: Titan did a GREAT job replacing our flat roof and adding aesthetic tile to all the slanted and visible portions (see photos below). Serjio is young, but very driven, and you can tell he is 100% out to please.

Positives:
1 - Serjio and his crew are all very friendly
2 - Serjio is responsive
3 - the work was high quality
4 - he stuck to quoted cost with no haggling
5 - he looked for ways to add value
6 - they returned following job completion to fix sloppy work.
7 - The area around the house was impressively clean following their work.
8 - Great value!

Areas for improvement/areas of caution:
1 - Serjio tends to go off topic when discussing important aspects of the project so make 100% sure you are on the same page with your goals (e.g. write them down prior to quote).
2 - I am very happy with the end product of the roof, and the fact that the crew came back to fix the things that were less-than-ideal (sloppy adhesive job in places, mis-colored sealant and nails visible on all aesthetic tiling, one low point in the roof); but my feeling is that these should have been addressed initially.

Very unprofessional company no one knows what there doing very messy and unsafe workers workers being over worked always complaining about not getting there overtime pay some drinking on the job and there up there on a roof highly think drinking and being on a roof is definitely not safe!

I called them after not get any response back from any roofers in the area. Sergio (the owner) answered first time I called the number and scheduled me in for a quote very quickly. His crew and himself are very professional and know what they are doing. I can not praise them enough for the quality of work they did and make sure to do the job right and quickly.

If you need roof repairs or anything that has to deal with your roof they will get it done and have very competitive prices from a very honest business owner.

Titan Roofing & Rain Gutters installed two new gutters, repaired one gutter, added screens, and installed two new down spouts in our 2-story apartment building in Santa Barbara. The guys (John & Angel) did an excellent and thorough job! They are hard workers who paid attention to detail. The owner, Segio, was able to give me a bid for the job immediately after viewing the building. Three other local companies came out and said they were going to e-mail a bid. Days later, none of the three did, so we hired Titan. (While Titan was actually doing the work, one company did call, but did not have a written proposal, as was promised. I'm still waiting on the other two.) The guys from Titan also painted the gutters the custom color of the fascia and painted the down spouts the custom color of the building. The other companies would not be able to paint when I asked. They did offer various color choices, but none matched what we wanted/had. Paying extra for a custom paint treatment was well worth it. Call Titan if you need new gutters!

I hired Titan not for roofing but for interior tile work: an intricate job with many cuts that took much longer than what they estimated, but they really went the extra mile, and for a fixed price. Worked meticulously to produce a fabulous, stunning product (6th star!). Scheduling was haphazard and so was communication, so back to 5 stars!
