Titan Roofing reroofed our HOA's flat roofs. The service was superior, the quality and value were outstanding! Before Titan our Association struggled with our leaky roofs for many years, while dealing with other contractors. After hiring Titan, we realized that THIS IS THE ULTIMATE ROOFING COMPANY! If you hire them, you will not need to look for any other roofers - the job will be done as promised, in a professional timely manner, and you will forget about any roof leaks for many many years. Titan did our roof and clogged the rain drains on the condominium roof. It caused a stack of units to be flooded when it rained heavily. Consequently, floors and walls had to be ripped out, there was mold found...etc. Insurance and lawyers are now involved...I'm not sure how a roofing company can be so careless.

Titan has been our roofing company at our HOA for years. They perform our annual maintenance to keep everything watertight and this extends the life of our roof(s) as well. This year we finally had to completely redo our flat roofs and roof deck, as well as our exterior decks. They are meticulous, and their crew considerate and pleasant. They are quite simply the best.

My review is way overdue because I got so busy. Titan Roofers is the best. I live in a townhouse which I bought in Sept of 2017. My roof was leaking by November. I have obtained 4 estimates and I chose to go with Titan Roofing. I went to meet Andrew, the owner at his office and he was so nice and explained to me everything that was wrong with my roof. He showed me pictures of my roof. There was a big hole and that was the cause of the leak. They fixed the hole and did all that is to be done on roof. I am very happy with this company. Andrew is so personable and the work they have done is quality. I highly recommend them to anyone who has roof issues.

I'm the President of our 15 unit HOA and dealt with numerous vendors and contractors over the years. Some are ok, some are not so good, but acceptable.

Finding good contractors is a nightmare!!

But then, I came across Titan Roofing&Decking over 10 years ago from a referral. And I can honestly say that was the best decision I have ever made as President was to hire this company.

It's a family based business that is honest, fairly priced, and does incredible work. I have used them for roofing, decking, siding and even painting. Always on time, meticulous in their detail and a bonus they clean and organize before the end of each work day. (Good luck finding a contractor that does that in LA.)

Andrew, Jim, Jack, Rolando and the rest of their crew is awesome. I will never use anyone else at this building. I wish there was a higher than 5 star rating. Great job guys!!

You are in excellent hands with Andrew and staff from Titan roofing. I was HOA board president of a 21 unit condominium complex in Valley Village for eight years. After nursing along our old rolled roofing we finally decided to have Titan roofing apply a cool roof overlay. What a great decision that was! Titan did an outstanding job and there has been a huge energy savings for all upper floor units!

We got several roofing bids and decided to go with Titan due to their certified Cool Roofing System which meets the LADWP Rebate Program. I really liked the idea of using the newest energy efficient technology and the combination of the fair pricing and Titan's experience made it an easy choice. Andrew went over the proposal, explained the benefits, and remained available to discuss any concerns or issues that came up. His job supervisor sent me photos and updates as they worked and they were thorough and well-organized.
