Titan did our roof and clogged the rain drains on the condominium roof. It caused a stack of units to be flooded when it rained heavily. Consequently, floors and walls had to be ripped out, there was mold found...etc. Insurance and lawyers are now involved...I'm not sure how a roofing company can be so careless.

Titan has been our roofing company at our HOA for years. They perform our annual maintenance to keep everything watertight and this extends the life of our roof(s) as well. This year we finally had to completely redo our flat roofs and roof deck, as well as our exterior decks. They are meticulous, and their crew considerate and pleasant. They are quite simply the best.

My review is way overdue because I got so busy. Titan Roofers is the best. I live in a townhouse which I bought in Sept of 2017. My roof was leaking by November. I have obtained 4 estimates and I chose to go with Titan Roofing. I went to meet Andrew, the owner at his office and he was so nice and explained to me everything that was wrong with my roof. He showed me pictures of my roof. There was a big hole and that was the cause of the leak. They fixed the hole and did all that is to be done on roof. I am very happy with this company. Andrew is so personable and the work they have done is quality. I highly recommend them to anyone who has roof issues.

I'm the President of our 15 unit HOA and dealt with numerous vendors and contractors over the years. Some are ok, some are not so good, but acceptable.

Finding good contractors is a nightmare!!

But then, I came across Titan Roofing&Decking over 10 years ago from a referral. And I can honestly say that was the best decision I have ever made as President was to hire this company.

It's a family based business that is honest, fairly priced, and does incredible work. I have used them for roofing, decking, siding and even painting. Always on time, meticulous in their detail and a bonus they clean and organize before the end of each work day. (Good luck finding a contractor that does that in LA.)

Andrew, Jim, Jack, Rolando and the rest of their crew is awesome. I will never use anyone else at this building. I wish there was a higher than 5 star rating. Great job guys!!
