The best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Andres was excellent to deal with and extremely knowledgeable on the construction of my 1870's house and what would be needed to replace the roof.

His crew was outstanding in their attitude toward the work and extremely conscious of their workmanship and final quality of the project.

The job was started and finished on time and was very fairly priced.

If you need roof work of any sort I think that you be pleasantly surprised at just how good a experience you would have with Andres and crew.

I had the unfortunate experience of getting 1/2 my roof done for a SUNRUN solar project. During the process, I NEVER SPOKE TO THE ROOFER. A game of ""telephone"" then began to answer some very basic questions (that I gleaned from another roofer). All, I'm sure because they work with different contractors. That was a red flag I regrettably ignored.

The remaining roof received a derivative quote (not to include any wood replacement) so I sought a referral thru a friend. TITAN answered my questions beyond the basic work and explained the estimate for potential wood replacement. Even the worst case scenario totaled LESS than the original Sunrun quote

TITAN was very thorough and professional. ALL my 2x6"" fascia was replaced (only about 15' by the other) and a good number of plywood sheeting and runners. He suggested adding 3 attic vents and ""capped"" the ends of my Spanish tiles. Even down to the clean up, they took pride in the project

I just wish I could have completed the entire project with TITAN. But I fell prey to the ""turnkey"" nature of the Sunrun/Costco concept

I can't say enough good things about Andrez and his crew! They were recommended to us and upon first meeting them we knew we were going to use this company for our complete roof replacement . Andrez came out next day after calling for estimate and explained everything to us , submitted an estimate within a cpl days and had roof finished within a few weeks! Andrez is very communicative and his crew were awesome ! Very professional and they do not cut corners ! I am beyond happy that we chose to go with them ! The quality of work that we saw daily made me feel very confident the whole process! These guys know what they're doing and they work hard!

Andreas dropped by on his way home from work. He went up on the roof and then we talked about the options. The bid appeared quickly by email. He was prepared to start quickly, but I wasn't ready and asked him for a month. No problem. This was in early May, 2023 - after that very wet winter. Another roofer wanted to schedule the visit and bid for September or October!

Andreas and his crew were very pleasant to work with and we are very happy with the roof. They replaced the torch down product on our flat garage roof with a commercial grade product. They put in new drains and rerouted the pipe in a muchmore sensible way. And they put 2 inches of foam underneath the roofing material. This has made the garage noticeably cooler.

We are very happy with the new roof and with this company. I would definitely use them again.

Definitely the best roofing company around. Andres and the crew at Titan Roofing did an amazing job replacing our rotted fascia wood. The quality of work was better than any we've ever had done. They painted the wood before installation, removed and replaced tiles without breaking any, and removed all the old wood. They were friendly, professional and just did an overall awesome job.

I am so glad I found Titan Roofing. After the unusually heavy rain this season our flat roof started to leak and with more rain in the forecast, my family was worried about further damage. Andrez's response to our inquiry was quick. He and his associate were able to be at our home within an hour, assessed the issue and took video recording so I could see what he saw. He was able to temporarily patch the repair to alleviate our concerns about the coming rain. He laid out our options and scheduled our repair.
