Before we met Wes Tipton, Allstate had declined our initial request for roof replacement. We had been working with a different roofing company who lost interest in our business after the Allstate denial. In the meantime, Wes Tipton demonstrated a willingness to help us through the re-inspection process. Wes patiently worked with us and helped answer the questions posed by Allstate, met the adjuster at our house for the re-inspection, guided me through the re-inspection process, and helped me understand my insurance coverage. With Wes' help, we prevailed in the re-inspection and were able to proceed with the roof replacement. His roofing crew was professional, prompt, hardworking and did a thorough job cleaning up. I was impressed with Wes' honesty--I offered to pay him for the entire roof replacement when we ordered the materials. But, he advised me to only pay for materials up front, with a second payment when work commenced, and a final payment equal to the insurance deductible only after all work (roof and windows) was satisfactorily completed. He was always responsive, courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.
