Well folks, I tried to use this place and set an appointment up a week ago today. They told me they could come out last Friday. They were unable to come out so we resecheuled to today. I just called to follow up and was told that they had too many customers ahead of me and they didn't know when they could come out.

I asked Selma (answering the phone) if I should find another company and she said yes. While I appreciate her honesty, I also would've appreciated a recommendation or at least an apology.

Not a good way to do business, imo.
