HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company!!! The roofs are condominium complex after hurricane Charley and we have had nothing but problems ever since! To begin with they left our roofs exposed for over three weeks after ripping off the shingle post hurricane! Shingles came off and were leaking within 2 years of roofing job. There were clips missing from many of the gutters that they replaced which were cheap as hell and also the screens that were in the gutters were cheap as hell also! During their roofing project they ended up detaching many of the dryer vents which we didn't find out until a few years later and there's nothing we could do about it so we all had to reattach our own dryer vents which was a pain in the ass and also costly! This company is BAD!!! Do you research before you even consider using them!!

This company knows how to make their customers happy. Scooter and Jeff were on time and very polite and completed the job in a timely manner and were so complete in explaining what was needed to be done. We have had Tip Top for many years at our home and office and never cease to be amazed at their professionalism. This is one company that knows how to run a business and I do honestly recommend them enthusiastically. You will not be disappointed

Not interested in business without a doubt. Horrible management and especially the up front office. Especially a new girl that is up front that it is extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. I actually think that she is related. Very disappointed.

Our office roof started leaking after the hurricane. The roof is old, so I was worried it was going to be a huge expense and take forever.
The Tip Top guys came out and repaired it within a few hours of calling, and it was NOT EXPENSIVE. These guys were great and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need (yet)

I don't know anything about this company regarding their roofing ability. However, I had a flat tire this morning on my way to work and a couple of Tip Top employees stopped what they were doing to help me. So nice to see people willing to help a stranger. When I do have a roofing issue, I will call them.

Called to get a commercial roofing quote for a 15 unit strip mall (probably a 250k-350k roofing job) after being referred to Tip Top by another roofer. Needless to say I was completely taken aback. I would never use this company after dealing with their employee Mark Miller (when asked his position he says that he has no position, he just answers the phones, whatever that means.). He rudely tells me that it is not possible to speak to anyone about the depth of this commercial job, for a minimum of 4 weeks. After directly telling me that the 4 weeks waiting period applies to the timeline for residential work and he's ""not sure"" about commercial.

While pointing out that commercial and residential estimators are usually different people, and asking if that's the case, he turned very rude and transferred me mid sentence to a disconnected line.

Called back and asked for his manager and he hung up on me.

Called back to let him know I'd be leaving a review online and he says verbatim: ""No one here cares about that yelp shit""

Just thought you all should know what kind of people they employ here.

We recently hired Tip Top to do a roof. The company used the cheapest materials contrary to what the quote provided. The workers were poorly trained and rude. The roofing process made a tremendous mess and left black splotches on the white walls. The final job was passable.
The workers and management could not careless about requests to adjust their activities to suit the client. Absolutely horrible company. Particularly ""GARY"" is a jerk. He lies. When you call, he pretends to not be available. Hire this ""POS"" company at your own risk.
And the complaints to the president of the company were again ignored.

I have used Tip Top roofing to do minor roof repair for a number of years and they have always been responsive and stand by their work. They have also installed a number of roofs in our neighborhood and for friends who I recommended them too. All have been extremely pleased with the quality, price and service. I know they have been in business for over 30 years so they will be around to stand by their work.

I contacted this company to come take a look because I noticed some cracks were the wall met my ceiling. A team of two came out and got on top of the roof for 10 minutes and moved some shingles around then told me that it was from the building settling. Then gave me a number to contact someone to take a look at the actual roof itself to be repaired. They charged me $175 for ten minutes. And now I have a leak in my roof... I called to let a manager know of my situation and they were not helpful at all and threatened to send me to collections if not paid.
