Being a new local in Arrowhead, I had obtained three quotes from different vendors for my roof that needed immediate repair. Copp Roofing had the best price with the best materials. Conner and all of the Copp team were amazing in answering all my questions from the initial inspection throughout the roof's completion. They delivered on their start and completion date. The process was genuinely stress-free, and I would highly recommend them.

The rains of March gave way to 3 roof leaks. Tip Top Roofing said they would send out for an estimate...The estimator Isaiah came over within the week and the work was finished within 2 weeks from then.
The 4 workers were the best. They did three days of getting rid of 45 + tiles and finished the job not taking any down time.

I highly recommend Tip Top Roofing...Unlike another review I saw here..they told me the estimate and followed through exactly on what they estimated. No bait and switch here.

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Tip Top Roofing and the team of hard-working people who built our roof. From the start they were quick to respond to my call and followed through without delay. Steve, the owner of Tip Top, was the type of person I enjoy working with. He was considerate and helpful in hearing my concerns from what I knew about my existing roof problems and he made efforts to address all of them. He gave me options based on what he thought I needed and displayed his knowledge and experience in how he planned to build the roof based on those needs. I appreciate Steve making me part of the decisions and offering me suggestions that I did not receive from the other roofing companies that I received estimates from. He and his team were quick to tear down and the installation team lead, Edgar, worked closely with his son and crew to do a quality build based on what was discussed. They were fast, efficient, courteous, and left the area very clean. I am completely happy with their professionalism and work. Love the roof! I recommend Tip Top Roofing without hesitation.

Tip Top Roofing was supposed to show up yesterday to check my roof and guess what? No one showed up. So I called them and the lady who answered said Isaiah called me three times and I didn't answer to which I responded that is incorrect because I was home near my phone all day (after having taken the day off because of their time window). So the lady said she would have Isaiah come out bwtween 9 to 11 today and no one has shown up AGAIN. I called at 9:50am and got a voicemail and I left message which has not been returned. So I am done with them. I do not recommend using this company as they do not appear to have any level of professionalism.

Had a great experience with Tip Top. We had our roof replaced and was given a quote that they suck to. They were upfront about possible extra work which was kept to a minimum. Roof was completed quickly and efficiently. Thank you Steve.
