I requested a quote through their website. I missed their return call and tried 3 times to get in touch. The 3rd time someone answered the call and was ignorant of my request saying the person that called me had left for the day and someone would reach out to schedule an appointment. Having heard nothing more from them, I tried calling their number a few weeks later and it went to voice mail where I left my contact info. Again, hearing nothing from them, I reied the online request again. Still no answer. I will seek roofing from another Company rather than do business with a Company that ghosts callers.

I had some personal scheduling issues, but Tori was incredibly patient and was able to arrange Josh to be on-site exactly when I needed him. To say that Josh is knowledgeable and skilled would be an understatement. While I had a relatively small roofing project, I would have Tip Top take care of any roofing work that I needed in the future.

They were really helpful and patient with me, as I was months out after the quote due to other non roof related issues. The main office was very responsive . They handled the permit, were fast and even worked the day before thanksgiving. The price was in line with everyone else. The tear off guys were nice and showed me the roof when they were done, framers did a great job in where my chimney was removed, and replacing most of the facia board. And the installers were informative about what they were doing. The only complaint was I didn't know they were coming until they showed up. Josh had missed telling me a time/date. Not a big deal, they seemed really busy. They were also helpful when the final permit paperwork needed to be handled. They did a 2400sqft house + detached garage.

TIP TOP did a great job with minimal interference with the traffic in our
complex. They even came back and fixed a drain problem that was not their responsibility. Our roof job was really 5 different roofs with numerous skylights, A/C units, and through the roof drains. I would not hesitate to recommend them

My neighbor was having his roof repaired and I watched. I was impressed so I approached and asked a few questions. I next called for an appointment/estimate. Again I was impressed. Joshua came December 22 and 23 and did a wonderful job. He also cleaned up after he was finished. Then, the real test! We got blasted with cyclone bombs of rain. Not a drop made it inside my home. We were so happy. Now my son-in-law can repair the wall and ceiling. I will use them again when needed and recommend them highly!

I had my roof repaired with Josh at Tip-Top Roofing. Josh was great and kept me updated with photos throughout the project. He also did a full roof maintenance to seal all the vents, replaced broken tiles & secured the other tiles that were slipped out. I waited a few days to put my review because we were waiting to see how the roof was going to hold up after the heavy rains that showed up the following days. Everything held up great and no leaks. Thank goodness!! One of my bedrooms would have been soaked with the amount of rain we got. Thanks guys!! I will definitely call them again for future repairs.
