Tip Top Roofing redid an old roof for me last November that had water damage and existing issues. Nijaz was super professional and very realistic. Went through everything before hand, along with the possibility of what we might find under the roof. Options were given and considered. During the work, the crew were very professional and the lead checked in regularly. Pictures on any potential issues and consulted for options when we found other things. Very knowledgeable and practical. I very much appreciated working with them!

Tip Top Roofing recently replaced my very old and dilapidated wood shake roof with composite shingle and the roof now looks beautiful. The overall experience working with Nijaz the owner was very positive: his bid was very competitive, he started the job when he said he was going to, his responses to my calls and emails were always very quick, he personally showed me all the problems he found after the tear off and addressed all of them before putting on the new roof, he accommodated a change even after the reroof was finished.

We recently got our roof replaced by Tip Top roofing. Nijaz provided detailed comparison of the available options in roofing material. As a result, we ended up choosing Presidential Solaris TL shingles for our roof, which are compliant to even upcoming California Title 24 regulations. He was readily available to answer all our questions and accommodated us to discuss materials over the weekend, which was not possible with other roofers. His quote was quite competitive and scheduled us within 4 weeks of signing the contract. In fact, he finished the project within 4 weeks of signing the contract! He supervised the project every day and his crew were on time and thorough and made sure that the site was left clean every day. We would strongly recommend him for his professionalism and transparency.

I recently hired Tip Top Roofing to replace my roof and gutters so I could install a new solar panel systems.

Nijaz was very knowledgeable and great to work with. He was responsive to my concerns and able to gave me pointers and advice regarding on what I need for my roof, gutter and Sun tunnels. He was able to coordinate with the solar company and kept me informed which saved me lots of work.

He reviewed with me on the dry rots that they found after removing the old roof before proceeding to install the new roof. His team worked efficiently. I was informed through out the whole process before, during and after the installation.

Tip Top's quote was not the cheapest, still competitive, among the bids that I received because they did not use cheap materials. They delivered on time and as promised with pride in their work.

I highly recommend Tip Top roofing and would use them again for my future projects.

I had a termite inspection that identified fungus and drywood termite damage at the v-groove roof sheathing near the chimney on my tile roof. I got three estimates to repair the damage and chose Tip Top Roofing. Nijaz did a thorough inspection of my 28-year-old tile roof and flat roof and identified all the areas that needed attention (e.g., seal pipe jacks, repair broken tiles, replace cracked plastic skylight, install new chimney cover). He took many photos and explained everything very clearly. He did a terrific job of repairing everything we agreed to and more at no extra charge. Nijaz was very diligent, conscientious, communicative, and professional. I highly recommend Nijaz and Tip Top Roofing. I am now confident that my tile and flat roofs are in excellent condition and will last many more years.

I would highly recommend Tip Top roofing! They recently replaced my roof and added new gutters. They also did a marvelous job of replacing the dry rot wood that was damaged from prior water exposure. It was a big concern of mine and they did well and within budget.

Nijaz was great to work with! He is a true professional: very thorough, conscientious, and very responsive to all of my questions via email and texts.

I had a leak from what I thought was a bad head-wall flashing between the second story vertical wall and the roof over the garage. I had a Certainteed Presidential TL roof installed by another company 7 years ago. Daniel from Nijaz' team came over for an estimate and quickly pointed out that what I thought was the issue, was actually not the issue. he suggested caulking in certain areas around the windows as that was the likely culprit. He spent quite a bit of time on the roof to make sure and stated that the roof was installed properly along with the flashing and felt.

It's honesty like this is what's needed more in the construction business, next time I need a roof, I'll be calling Tip Top Roofing for an estimate. BTW, they were the only one of four roofers I called that responded during storm season -- Reliable.
