Total con men.. they quote you one price then come up with THOUSANDS of dollars to add on. They absolutely knew the price they quoted me never existed and brought their second con man next day with excuses.. of course AFTER the roof is taken off so the customer has no choice but to agree to finish the OVER PRICED work ... please stay away or you will get screwed over for YEARS too

Amazing experience. We met with Edward the owner who walked us through the entire process. He answered all our questions and showed us our options, finally settling on clay tile. His crew came in demo'd, prepped, and installed in a couple days. They kept a clean job site and left the place spotless. Great experience and customer service! Thank you Timeless Roofing for our new roof! Highly recommend!

We set up a time for a quote for a leak in our roof. The roofer never showed up. Didn't even call. We called and spoke to the manager who said that the roofer got a flat so we gave then another shot. We scheduled another appointment. This time not only did they not show up but they didn't call or text at all. Maybe our job wasnt big enough for them. Terrible experience!

I live in a building that recently hired Timeless Roofing. The company's practices in zero follow thru, unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism were unbelievably disappointing! There were countless lies, trash left and property ruined! Further, the red tacks left all over were pretty painful going thru the shoe sole!!!! NO NO NO!!!

AVOID. Sales rep is all polish and promises. Actual work product is unreliable, messy ( get debris everywhere and create a hazard).

Wow- unsafe practices. Electrical cords everywhere....including IN THE POOL!!???!!
Shingles falling in the pool. Where the heck is the supervisor??!!

He's very responsive, thorough, Professional, accommodating and patient answering my endless questions as this is the first time I have ever had my roof redone.
