Got 2 projects done. First project was to do with Fascia board replacement with painting Very well done. Second project was to add an electrical outlet and extending copper line at the garage, so that the Electronic water conditioner/ descaler that I bought from Costco could be installed. Felt over charged for the second project that took just 1.5 hours to complete. But, work was completed satisfactorily. Very professional crew and project manager.

Ed and his crew are amazing, they did plumbing, tiles, and sprinkler system on our building, this guys are so great They told me start date and finish and that's what happened very clean and neat job from beginning to end Ed explained everything that they were doing any time we needed to contact them always there, I would highly recommend this company 100% definitely the company you want for any construction they are coming back to do our bathroom so Happy to find them.

they first come to see the job
was just finishing plumbing after the rough plumbing was inspect and passed city inspection.
i called this E D plumbing to do final toilet and vanity and shower head installing
simple job any handyman can do ,but because my project with city permit
i preferred to call licensed plumber
then the agent said i have to come back with my boss for the pricing
again other time and day set up .they come back with their boss or better to say with MR negatives problems
he made it a big deal huge problems to give way high pricing .
one of the problems Mr. drama the boss referred was
he said i have to give way high price because if we connect the hot water in the place of cold water means your previous plumber made mistake
hahahaa when he said this I told him Please just leave my home
thank you for wasting my time 2 days 2 separate appointments two group of people for simple job
I do not need you to give me a pricing .this is not my first bathroom remodeling .I have done remodeling on three other bathroom
never got such a drama negative plumbing company
you are very negative making big huge problems a head of time
and you wanna me to pay for problems even if not exist ?

the funny thing is i told him,if there will no problems with my passed inspection plumbing and everything went smooth are you going to adjust
your way high pricing to the correct price he SAID :NO because you will sign contract with us

I usually use my cousins plumbing service but they were too busy to unclog my sewer line. Found Ed on google, he answered the phone himself which means I didn't need to wit for a call back or be on hold, told me what it would cost should it just be the sewer line and arrived between the window he promised. He got straight to the problem, charged me as discussed no issues. Kind professional and and clean. He even wiped his feet before entering the home. I will definitely return as long as he keeps providing this same service.

I have always had a less than desirable experience with any plumber sent by First American Home Warranty. Although there was an initial mix up with the first appointment, I was genuinely impressed with Ed's service. Multiple plumbers had been out to fix the same thing, and Ed solved all of the issues professionally and in a timely manner. His staff also followed up fix the last item that was not solved on the second visit. If you want a knowledgeable and reliable plumber, look no further. I highly recommend this company.

Eduard and Hiraj (spelling?) came out to fix a leak in my bathroom sink... they were sent by first American home warranty after the first plumber from another company told me he can't fix leaks!! What plumber doesn't fix leaks??

Eduard was very professional and kind; he went through every step and explained what he was doing. Leak has been fixed and I'm so happy these guys came to the rescue. Whether I keep the home warranty or not, I will be keeping Ed plumbing's number!
