After talking to five bidders, I was not satisfied. The price was high, the cost for repairing potential dry rot was high ($99 an hour) and delayed communications. Time Change Roofing was the last bidder. I was very happy seeing everything from Mario, satellite roof measurements, the lowest price, the materials, the speedy scheduling/installation and warranty. I scheduled the roof replacement in three days with 50-year warranty Presidential shingles. The crew came one day earlier for removing the old roof. The job was done in three hours. The second crew installed shingles in a day and a half. I could not be happier seeing the quality, the materials, the cleanliness, the completeness, punctuality and the speed. After roof replacement completion, I paid the quoted price without any extra charges which covers dry rot repairs and a pipe relocation. Please do yourself a favor, talk to 3-5 roofers first. Talk to Mario at Time Change Roofing last. Your decision will be made in minutes with Mario and happy with his work. I wish I could give Time Change Roofing six stars.

Hugo was the best! Came so fast. Took pictures of what was wrong. Fixed it same day. Did a thorough assessment of the other parts of my roof and was able to point out some things that needed fixing. Helped save me time and any potential problems in the future. He also quickly installed a couple of vents on my roof that needed to be done since my garage is prone to getting humid trapped in there. And he was so nice and polite and sweet. And his pricing is fantastic. Couldn't be more happy! Thanks Hugo!

Relieved the job is finally done. Given the cost was as much as some of the bigger roofing companies, I was a little disappointed with the time it took and some of the scheduling changes, I think they may be overbooked and spread a little thin. They did good work and I am satisfied with the final product. The cleanup never really got done as well as I would've liked, and communications a little disappointing.

I needed a replacement on my mobile home roof and looked around for someone reputable and had come across Time Change.
Mario came out and looked at my roof and had a quote ready within a few days after having given me a few choices of roofing colors.
They kept the area cleaned up daily so as to not make it look like a construction site and there was NO remnants of any debris or left over stuff that would tell you that they were there.

the pricing was within the other quotes that I received and Mario was always available if I had any questions.
Having dealt with a lot of contractors throughout the years, I found these folks to be on top of their game and worth calling in for any of my roofing needs.

I worked with Mario. He came over twice to view the roof, brought sample shingles, and discussed options.

When the work started, he smoothly interacted with the city to acquire permits and worked with the city inspector throughout the process. Also got 3 skylights added!

This was right before a recent heavy rain, and there were no leaks! Great work, fast service, competitive prices, and very responsive!
