Relieved the job is finally done. Given the cost was as much as some of the bigger roofing companies, I was a little disappointed with the time it took and some of the scheduling changes, I think they may be overbooked and spread a little thin. They did good work and I am satisfied with the final product. The cleanup never really got done as well as I would've liked, and communications a little disappointing.

I needed a replacement on my mobile home roof and looked around for someone reputable and had come across Time Change.
Mario came out and looked at my roof and had a quote ready within a few days after having given me a few choices of roofing colors.
They kept the area cleaned up daily so as to not make it look like a construction site and there was NO remnants of any debris or left over stuff that would tell you that they were there.

the pricing was within the other quotes that I received and Mario was always available if I had any questions.
Having dealt with a lot of contractors throughout the years, I found these folks to be on top of their game and worth calling in for any of my roofing needs.

I worked with Mario. He came over twice to view the roof, brought sample shingles, and discussed options.

When the work started, he smoothly interacted with the city to acquire permits and worked with the city inspector throughout the process. Also got 3 skylights added!

This was right before a recent heavy rain, and there were no leaks! Great work, fast service, competitive prices, and very responsive!

Time Change Roofing is not only the first to reply and they also checked out the pictures and pointed out the problem. On the day they do the repair, Patrick also takes time to explain me what they actually found on the roof and showed me why they think the fix they have will actually stop the leak. the job is done quick and clean. This review is way overdue but well deserved. We were selling our home and were required to fix a roof leak that extended several feet over our garage. I had called several companies who were either too busy or gave me ""conditional estimates"" that gave me a feeling they might jack up the cost after they started the job. Mario at Time change came over within 1 day of my first call. We scheduled the job at a time that worked for my needs, and they were done in 2 days. They ended having to do some paint and patch work which we had not previously discussed. Mario was so honest he told me the additional work did not take much time so he didn't need to charge me extra for it. I am sure some other contractors would have used the excuse to increase the price.
Thank you so much Mario for your honesty and for t he excellent job you did at a very reasonable cost! By the way, this is a small family business with uncles and cousins working, all of whom are polite and clean up after themselves meticulously!!! Five star quality work and service all the way!
