I recently had a gutter that had released from my roof and was hanging through the recent storms. I was so concerned because I believed the rest of my gutter might fall. I contacted Timberline and they responded quickly and efficiently. I am sure these storms are creating major headaches for roofing companies. I know it was a small repair, but Cary carved out time for it. I so appreciated his timely response and follow-up.

Don't waste your time with this company. Beyond unprofessional, and clearly many of these other reviews are indicating the same. With a home being one of the biggest investments most people have, I wouldn't trust them to take care of my roof or anything else for that matter.

I've have basically tried to give my money to this company the past 9 months. Had them come out and give me an estimate on a re-roof last summer. I thought the estimate was very reasonable. The guy says he will fit us in between their commercial projects and I tell him to let me know the timing. Never heard from him again. Called and texted him multiple times to get an idea of next steps and no response. Now it's June of 2018 and I'm looking for another company to provide an estimate. Do yourself and favor and find another roofing company. This one will leave you annoyed.

Asked for a roofing estimate in early March 2018 and spoke to Dan who said he would come to the property the next day. Didn't hear anything for a week so I followed up. Got another voicemail that I would get something soon. Followed up 3 weeks later and no response. Here we are in late April and nothing. Very frustrating. It is understanding that a business can be busy but leaving prospective customers that want to do business with you hanging and ignoring them is just BAD business!

We found many issues were still there after they reported the maintenance/repair was finished. And their response was ""We cannot describe everything that we Don't do. We only describe what the repair procedures are that we do!  NOTE: nowhere in our estimate do we say we are going to cut down blisters."" People... how could you trust this company if they are leaving themselves so much room to not doing the jobs? Why they marked those blisters in the inspection report but left those undone? Their contract can be total junk. According to their ""logic,"" they can still claim valid even if they fix nothing, because they cannot describe everything they don't do? They're charging $795 for maintenance/repair, not a small amount, but leaving so much undone.

If I could I would give 0 stars, but that's not an option. Only used them based on our realtors reference from buying our house in which I hope our realtor doesn't do business with them anymore to save any new home owners the issues and frustration we've felt dealing with them for the last 9 months.
First they did the initial roof inspection, which they found a few issue and gutters needed to be cleaned. We agreed to get the work done, Cary was suppose to reach out to set up time, which he never did I. I came home to find a business card left on my from door, then a few weeks later I get a bill for over 900 dollars.

The first rain storm we have a leak in our roof in the area in which they should of initially done the work, called Laura which they did respond fast the only positive out of the whole situation. He came removed a shingles in the area and told us the issue I believe tried to seal the area but in the roan of course it's not going to to dry. The workers excuse was he had to go watch the raider game, which caused negligence on their part they should of put a tarp on until the rain stopped but he didn't because again getting business is not a priority.
Come that night our roof is leaking like crazy causing interior damage. I Called Cary and Dan that night no answer of course we're up all night worrying about how bad the damage can get. No one called back I had to call in the morning to got Cary to answer they sent their worker.
Next morning the worker came back out put a tarp on and Cary called and said they'll come back Monday 3 weeks go by and I go home from work early to find two workers on my roof unannounced. I ask the worker what's going on and they refer me to Cary who has the worse business practice ever takes no ownership of their negligence,Mind you this has been going on since December and still going on .. We never heard from them again I reached out to our real estate agent in which led to nothing. I rarely write reviews but I want to save people from dealing with this incompetent company and their employees. They have workers that probably have no sense of how to even do any roofing work, not proper training what I'm gathering from this.if they had any morals they would do the right thing I can fix it myself but it's the principal what's right is right and what's wrong is wrong. Many people are loosing this sense of honesty. Spare yourself. We finally cut or looses and took care of our interior damage ourselves.
