Tim helped us before & after the hurricane: we found a piece of fascia trim hanging that he was able to replace before the storm hit & after the storm he came out within a couple days to replace ridgecap that had blown off. Such small repairs are obviously low on the priority list when other people have more extensive damage but he still fit us in. Always a pleasure to deal with!

Mr. Sanders gave me an estimate for roof repair and three days later had the job completed. Very friendly and professional. I was having a hard time finding a company to do the job so when he showed up and had it done in such a short period of time i was beyond happy. I recommend him , he did a great job. Recently Tim Sanders Roofing replaced the roof on my next door neighbor's home . Upon completion, they backed their debris trailers into my front yard causing extensive damage to my yard as well as the driveway of my neighbor, whose roof was repaired. I have contacted Tim Sanders roofing on 7 occasions now, even having the supervisor who said he DID the damage meet me on site and guarantee the repair. They have failed to respond further, and I find this a very poor business practice and would warn others from using Tim Sanders Roofing for any repairs they may need.

Timothy Sanders Roofing did an excellent job putting on our new roof. The workers were fast and efficient, and cleaned up all debris. They also helped us deal with our insurance company and the city inspectors. We're so grateful for their patience and understanding. We highly recommend this company!
