After several quotes Tim Orr offered us the best deal for our buck. Unfortunately they did find some damage when they took my roof off and of course the price went up. We went over our budget, but it still was lower than all other quotes. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because one of the handymen used my outlet outside and one of the prongs broke off, he used some silicon to try to get it out. They came immediately and fixed it after we found out several days later. They should've told us what happened immediately. My roof looks gorgeous btw!!

We got about 5 estimates and this company had really competitive prices and Jean was very professional when he gave us an estimate. Each day they were here early and they worked all day without any issues. They finished our roof in about 3 days and we had a ton of wood that needed replaced.

Our roof looks amazing. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Terrible service. This guy takes FOREVER to get back to you!. His workers are nice but the same cannot be said about the owner. He has much to be desired. Rude rude rude !Called multiple times with our a call back .These guys started my roof and then when it rained no call or even attempt to cover my houses belongings. My living room got ruined and then when I called to ask when they would be back to finish the job again no return phone call. Over a month later he finally calls to say he has been on a camping trip and wants to know if the roof ever got finished! Wow some owner he is...doesn't even know what the heck is going on in his in his business. Wish I had went with another company all together.

We needed our ridge shingles replaced, and neighbors recommended Tim Orr Enterprises. Tim has done work for numerous neighbors here in Claremont, and everyone spoke well of him. His estimate was given in clear written terms. It was a fair price for the work needed. Our house has about a 3500-square-foot footprint, so there were a LOT of ridge shingles. He and his crew arrived when promised and wrapped the work up in a morning. They refreshed all the seals around skylights and through-the-roof pipes. They cleaned up well after the job. Tim provided photos of the before and after. He also noticed some cracked concrete near a chimney and said we might want to get someone to look at it. This was a trouble-free experience and Tim Orr has our recommendation as an excellent roofing contractor.
