This is my second time calling Tim Jones roofing for a roof leak and they are truly my go to roofers from here on out. I called Monday, and received a prompt response with someone coming out the next day. Sherri is friendly and helpful and Ricardo who came to look at my leak was the same person who fixed my first disaster 3 years ago. He was incredible then and remains incredible. He quickly identified the problem, gave me a very reasonable quote, and once I agreed he immediately went to work! Once fixed he also inspected the rest of my roof including an area he initially had concerns about. He looked at that and the rest and said that in fact it looked just fine. Once done he actually charged me less than he quoted saying it didn't take him as long as he thought!!! This is an honest company that does great work. That first leak I had years ago was misdiagnosed by the company that had put this roof on, and it continued to leak causing significant damage. Ricardo took one look and immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it properly. It's never been a problem since. I have complete trust in this company and their staff.

This is the second time we've had Tim Jones Roofing repair some small issues that presented themselves. Once again, they were prompt, thorough and priced fairly. Ricardo remembered that he had done the previous repair and asked if there had been any further problems with the area.(which there have not been) They have always been responsive, polite and helpful, and I highly recommend their services.

Had a leak in my tile roof and Tim got a crew scheduled in a timely manner and they found the leak which was the result of some broken tile. Very professional and timely repair. Price was very fair I have another roof repair to do and he is the only one I will call. Very happy.

I have NOT had Tim Jones do any work for me, but I still want to say something nice about the company. I sent a request for a roof quote and received a reply in less than an hour. In that reply, he said he'd be happy to give me a quote, but set the clear expectation that his roofing jobs are booked up for the next four months. Contractors in general have a reputation for not setting and meeting clear expectations. I really appreciate Tim being immediately up front about the timing. I may or may not be able to wait that long to have him do the work, but he's certainly staying on my candidate list!

These people are flakes,, First they schedule an appointment to come to my home to estimate a roof repair. They gave me a date and a window of time for the estimator. I take off work they missed the time schedule. I call them to ask what is going on why are they late., the lady I spoke to the first time basically blew me off basically saying they cant do anything or even look at my roof until fall. Expressing they are too busy.. I said that's fine,, lets get it scheduled today so i don't get pushed further back when you have time to repair it in fall. She kept insisting they can't do any repairs until fall. I said that is fine, but please look at the roof, estimate the time for repair and put into your schedule in fall when you have time. She kept saying they were to busy.. Apparently they don't wan any work and i still question if this lady was inebriated.. If not she defiantly cant comprehend what schedules are for.

And then add 'insult to injury' i get a call from a person identifying himself as Tim Jones from 916-791-0408 threatening me, very rudely, 'if i don't remove my review'. Now i am thankful i did not end up with this contractor working on my roof.. I have a dreaded felling things would have ended up south very quickly.

Tim Jones Roofing came in and finished our roof in two days. The crew was very organized and left our yard very clean. Ricardo the foreman kept in contact with us at all times so we had no surprises. The work was excellent, Ricardo took care of any extras we asked for and the price was pretty much mid-stream when compared to other contractors. I would definitely use Tim Jones Roofing again.

Tim responded right away to my Yelp inquiry and offered to look at pictures I took of my roof leak. He put me on a waiting list and set the expectation that it would be a while - perfectly understandable in a crazy-wet rainy season. Other roofers were booked out even further and some wouldn't even return calls.
I got a phone call the day before he had a crew ready to come look at my roof. They showed up and were very friendly and helpful. They got right to work, let me see the damage before they repaired it, had me inspect their work before they left, and left no mess or other sign that they had been there.
I will absolutely use Tim Jones Roofing again.

I used Yelp to get numerous quotes for a new roof and chose this company based on the good reviews and quoted price. I'm very glad I did because Tim Jones roofing did everything right. Sherri was super communicative and the crew that came out were very professional I really can't complain about anything.

My husband and I are very grateful for the referral to Tim Jones we received. We wanted to have our old roof torn off, the attic dormer removed, and a new roof installed of course.
Tim was very prompt in returning our phone calls and coming out to view our roof to give us a quote. He was honest about the work we did and did not need. His pricing is very competitive, especially for the quality and speed of work done.
His crew started bright and early about 7:30am. They let us know they would probably be done the following day. They worked diligently; only stopping for lunch and to keep us updated in their progress.
They were finished by 4pm and even swept my porch before they left!
