Called Tim Jones Roofing because I needed a roof repair done on the house. Nelly at the office took my request and did an excellent job and made quick response and follow-up coordinating a free inspection of the work that needed to be done.
Ricardo came out to the house and was very professional and conducted a very thorough inspection. He shared his expert recommendations and guidance as to what has to be repaired to make our roof right. Thank you Tim Jose's roofing , excellent job!

Tim was quick to provide an inspection and gave great advice on the options and I had an estimate within a day. The estimate was very thorough and complete and the few questions I had were answered within minutes of sending an email to his office. The actual work was extremely professional and it was very clear they knew exactly what they were doing. The crew showed up on time each day, worked diligently and cleaned up before heading home. The whole project couldn't have gone smoother from beginning to end and they just did a phenomenal roofing job.

So happy to have gone with Tim Jones Roofing for my roof valley replacement and leak repair. Received multiple quotes that were significantly more expensive. But the most important aspect was how responsive Tim was and being in the business for over 30 years with an A+ rating with the BBB added to my decision to go with their company to do the job. They finished my roof valley replacement in a little over one day and when they left my place it was immaculate!! Didn't want a big company with lots of inexperienced subcontractors. The same men have been working for him for years and with the years of experience I knew I was in good hands. Thank you Tim for taking good care of us! Really appreciate the quality work!

This is way long overdue a review I do apologize. The re-roofing job done on my house by Tim Jone's crew was done back in 2017. April 26th, Tim came first to have a look, let me know of the price (fairest of em all) , and put me on his tight schedule. October he said was when his team could do my house. Altho October was fine with me, I was trying to see if Tim could squeeze me into an earlier schedule I begged ""puh-leeeeeez Tim!"" I attempted bribing him with blueberry muffins but he replied I don't eat that sh*t! He also said, not to worry as October is unlikely to rain, which I agreed. Couple months later, I got a call saying if am okay with Tim's crew coming to do my roof in few days as they had a cancellation. Boy I jumped into it quick! So floored that Tim quietly considered my pleading I actually ended up getting my roof project done a lot earlier than scheduled! Husband and I are so impressed with the wonderful, fast, efficient, clean work they did. Top notch service no doubt to my book and while life took over I am guilty of horribly delaying a review for Tim Jones Roofing, I've never forgotten the superb service this company gave us and have been grateful. I must say we showed our gratitude with paying TJR without delay.

Tim Jones Roofing was recommended by a friend. They did his son's home & for a fair price. Got bids from over 6 roofers after the January 7, 2023 wind storm. Finally got a break in the weather & his 6 man crew was out here & finished my house in 3 days. Even the building inspector said they were doing a good job.

While we were satisfied with the new roof Mr. Jones' crew constructed, though it was expensive, we were extremely disappointed with the work of Mr. Jones' gutter subcontractor, and were even more disappointed when Mr. Jones told us he did not inspect their work because he was ""too busy.""

This is my second time calling Tim Jones roofing for a roof leak and they are truly my go to roofers from here on out. I called Monday, and received a prompt response with someone coming out the next day. Sherri is friendly and helpful and Ricardo who came to look at my leak was the same person who fixed my first disaster 3 years ago. He was incredible then and remains incredible. He quickly identified the problem, gave me a very reasonable quote, and once I agreed he immediately went to work! Once fixed he also inspected the rest of my roof including an area he initially had concerns about. He looked at that and the rest and said that in fact it looked just fine. Once done he actually charged me less than he quoted saying it didn't take him as long as he thought!!! This is an honest company that does great work. That first leak I had years ago was misdiagnosed by the company that had put this roof on, and it continued to leak causing significant damage. Ricardo took one look and immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it properly. It's never been a problem since. I have complete trust in this company and their staff.

This is the second time we've had Tim Jones Roofing repair some small issues that presented themselves. Once again, they were prompt, thorough and priced fairly. Ricardo remembered that he had done the previous repair and asked if there had been any further problems with the area.(which there have not been) They have always been responsive, polite and helpful, and I highly recommend their services.

Had a leak in my tile roof and Tim got a crew scheduled in a timely manner and they found the leak which was the result of some broken tile. Very professional and timely repair. Price was very fair I have another roof repair to do and he is the only one I will call. Very happy.
