Don't waste your time dealing with this company. Customer service is non existent. They barely answer the phone and if you are lucky enough to speak to someone you won't get any answers. Pray for a long drought!

Grabowski Roofing has done multiple repairs on our residential home in Delray Beach over the past 10 years. We had them replace the entire roof in June-July. Their workers are respectful and very careful while on the premises. I'd recommend them and will use them in the future on our other properties.

The worst roofer in Palm Beach, Boca , Delray and surrounding area. Sloppy work, mis-matched drip rail, left old flashing and valleys, never cleaned up nails from gutters and roof that still end up on our lawn years later, we just spent $1,100.00 to fix slipping tiles, chipped tiles and cracking mortar. Thank God our insurance company did an inspection and caught all of this unbelievable that these people are still in business they should be ashamed.

This is the ceiling of a $125,000 roof installed by Tim graboski after 1 year! Supervisor or owner would not speak to me!!! Can you imagine coming home one day to see this! Luckily, this was not my children's bedroom! Again, owner and supervisor never returned my many calls and emails!

A friendly warning to do your due diligenceReceived a long winded estimate stating how the "" magnitude and complexity "" of my roof somehow renders it to be over Twice the other estimates all while advising me of an upgrade I should make because the shingle they offer for this outrageous price is only graded for 150 mph hurricane winds. Ok. Plus-$1100 solar fan for attic, an attic I don't have that larger houses might need several. Very disappointing and a waste of time. I don't think they even bothered to come out. Just a satellite review of the house. And the lack of response to complaints while simultaneously praising five star reviews is disturbing.

Horrible. Please do not use Groboski!! They installed a new roof and a year later the tiles are crumbling. We have tried numerous times to have them respond though they do not call back or respond after repeated promises to evaluate. Their warranty is worth zero and obviously just a sales tactic. 28K and no response? I will be reporting them to Palm Beach Building Department, BBB, and my development.
Really? Unreliable, poor work, and just disappointing.

Thank you so much Nia for being so responsive to providing a timely roof repair. You even called to let me know of a cancelation so that my estimate could be done as quickly as possible. You were very patient to my request that the repair be done before my son's upcoming 21st birthday party, checking in with me regularly to provide an update to scheduling that was impacted by weather. Honestly they will be the last company that I would recommend they are non-responsive do not return calls estimates are way over the top and I have gotten several other quotes ~and they are not hundreds over they are *double digits over what everyone else is !

If there was -1 star thats what id give.
Id rather keep my old roof then give This. Company my $$$$

Unfortunately, we can't recommend this company. The two stars are given because we think we probably have a good roof but customer service and satisfaction doesn't exist with this company and we would not wish our experience on anyone else.

We hired Graboski Roofing, which by the way was more expensive than other estimates we received, to replace our roof.
The project started the end of October and finished the first week of February. Over four months. The project started out smooth with good communication from the president of the company overseeing the job.

Problems started to build as the wrong tile was delivered and loaded onto our roof. President of the company told us they were not responsible because the tile manufacturer delivered and put the wrong tile on our roof. However, our roof contract was not with the tile manufacture it was with Graboski . Over 12 weeks went by while new tile was ordered and the old tile was removed from the roof. I wrote to the owner Tim Graboski expressing concern and disappointment and my email was ignored. To compound the issue the 2nd order of new tile that was placed on our roof was also the incorrect tile. Yes that's right, the company loaded the incorrect tile on top of our roof twice.

We were concerned about potential damage to the roof repeatedly loading all this tile off and on our roof so we asked to keep the incorrect tile that had been loaded on our roof even though it was not the color we had ordered and not the color we wanted. Basically we compromised on the color of the tile just to get the project completed. The roof was completed a few days ago and we are now waiting on a copy of the inspection report.

To this day we have not received any type of apology from the company so I decided to share our experience. I now see multiple poor reviews for this company. I obviously should have paid more attention to reviews from actual customer experience.
