Tile Roofs of Texas installed our slate roof when we built our house 20 years ago, and we couldn't have been happier with the job they did. They guided us as we selected the design that worked best for our home and we love it more each year. We have had only three instances that we needed a repair: squirrel damage, repair after a neighbor's tree fell on our roof, and recently repair of a leak that resulted from a poorly installed small solar panel. Each time they came out right away to diagnose and remedy the problem. In conjunction with the most repair, they power washed our roof and it looks brand new.
The guys who did the work showed up exactly when they promised. They were polite and considerate and cleaned up everything beautifully.
I absolutely recommend Tile Roofs of Texas. They do what they promise.

Tile Roofs of Texas are outstanding - outstanding quality materials, outstanding quality installation and outstanding business practice - customer focus.
We bought our roof tiles for our new home through Tile Roofs of Texas, but installation was done by another firm as the builder had an installer already lined up. But it was Tile Roofs of Texas I ended up hiring to fix their mistakes and take car of our needs as if they installed the roof! They were terrific. I have since used them for maintenance, repair and even eliminating our raccoon problem after others tried and failed. I should have called TRofTexas first!
They are excellent. I will never use another supplier or service for our roofing needs no matter what the roof needs - tile based or not! They are not ""cheap"", but they are not over the top either in cost. You get more than you paid for and you get expertise. And as the saying goes, - get it done the first time correctly and you won't have to pay to get something fixed a second time.

I called to schedule someone to seal two hot water heater vents. The person said they needed to talk to the foreman and would call me back. The call was returned and I was told the foreman said the time slot would work for them and i was CONFIRMED.
The next day, the time slot came and went so I called and the person said I was not on the schedule and there was no record of my appointment. In the meantime, I have 2 holes in my roof because the plumbers had proceeded with the idea that the roofer would show up when they said. I talked to two people who were not at all interested in finding me a solution and who put me on ""hold"" where the call was disconnected. TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE!

Apparently this business does not want, or need, much additional business. They want $375 just to come out and give you an estimate. I know from past work, they are extremely expensive compared to some other roofing companies. Sorry, but it seems arrogant that a company charges just to give a bid on doing some work. I'll take my business elsewhere.
