After several texts and phone calls because they moved to Sacramento area, Jim came out to put on a new roof jack where it was needed. Valleys look sloppy, clean up was sloppy but at least there are no leaks, crossing my fingers.

Did a reasonable job on cleaning and painting tile roof and some dry rot repair, but poor job on cleanup and follow up issues. Several days after they finished, several tiles fell off the roof where they had done repairs, and it was impossible to get them back to fix the problem. Roof now leaks in several places and they will not follow up.

Follow up: well, after several months and apparently some communication problems with their phones, Matt the sales manager contacted me and offered to address the fallen tiles and adjust and repaint some of the tiles that were causing leaks. Hopefully this will fix some of the issues we had.

Happily Ever After. I will not go into too much detail but I want to say that recently this company came through like knights in shining armor. They more than made up from the original job. Not only did they replace several tiles but also repainted my entire roof for free this week. The original job was botched by an employee they let go. Everything went as smooth as silk this time. I want to point out what I said before. Jim the owner is great. A man of his word. He is the kind of person who will take care of his customers and your satisfaction is his goal. Matt was very instrumental in getting the job done the second time around. Their existing crew is fantastic. My roof is perfect now. Thank you Tile Roof Restoration!!

They restored my aging and faded Spanish tile roof about 2 years age. It was 30 years old. Did a fabulous job. My roof looks brand new and saved much money over a replacement roof that I needed. The work was done in very short order. They were able to replace a few broken tiles and saved the rest. After 2 years it still looks great. I would recommend them to anyone with a tile roof who is thinking of replacing the roof.

Good work done, my roof really looks superb after the service. Only downside was some minor damage to the gutter brackets and a little bit of sloppy cleanup, but not significant. Was also very expensive, but for the value added to the house overall a good investment.

We contacted TRF for an exterior house paint, since they claim it was their workers who painted my neighbor's house. Although this is not their regular job, Matt Takes, their sales person showed up to take a look at what needs to be done, and promised that they would do an excellent job at painting our house, just like they did for my neighbor. However, despite the fact we clearly communicated out needs - which were limited to the exterior house paint, Matt kept pushing us to have the tile roof painted. Painting roof tile is a scam. Just google and see the damage rather than improvement this does to your roof. Also use common sense: in Europe house roofs last hundreds of years, nobody paints them. This is one strike against TRF.
The second strike comes from the fact that Matt repeatedly called, and emailed assuring us that the written estimate will be ready in a couple of days. It's been 3 weeks, and we still didn't get it.
What we got is an email that ballparks the figure to 3 times more than any of the other estimate we got from companies that are rated A+ in BBB. Third strike against TRF.

This company just completed a 55 unit Condo Complex in Santa Rosa including a pool house and storage shed and everything was done in a timely manner, as a matter of fact they were ahead of schedule. The workers were friendly and cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. Matt Takes was a delight to speak with. This is a great company! I work in the construction industry and will be passing out their cards to my customers.

Our next door neighbors had their roof restored and I was so impressed that we decided to do ours too- Matt went over everything with me, including pricing options which met my budget! My experience was this crew is professionel, on time, excellent work and my house looks beautiful! They did the work day before Thanksgiving and it was just in time because we had a downpour right after! My roof did not leak!
I don't know why they don't have better reviews on here- this is a great crew and Jim made sure to check everything for me. They also do business roof repairs! They came out same day on for our business, I've had a great customer experience, fair pricing and I would use them again if I ever need roof work.

I called them more than three different times to come out and have repairs done on my broken tiles on my roof.

I was supposed to get a call back each time but never got it.

I think they're a lot more interested in doing the $5500.00 roof restoration job than repairing broken tiles, but they should make that clear.

The person who came out to my house didn't even bring a ladder and wanted to quote me over $500 without looking at my roof. How can you possibly know what is wrong with the roof without even looking at it. I decided to go with a Diamond Certified roofing company.
