Barbara F.Don't Hire Tight Line for your New Roof!!
Just cancelled a contract because Tight Line likes to practice Bait & Switch with their repairs. I had a signed agreement for roof replacement and new gutters. Some soffit and siding repair was necessary and was included in the deal. Then the project mgr shows up and knows nothing about it. Say they don't do anything but roofs and gutters, and won't do the necessary repairs to keep the roof from leaking and the gutters from falling! I wasted several weeks with their salesperson only to cancel the job. Tried to call their office to speak with the owner. They did not know who that was, and then put their phones on the answering service. Red Flag, Red Flag, Red Flag! STAY AWAY from TIGHT LINE!
