I had done roofing in the past but too old now. I had two leaks as well as needed some repair to a flat portion on my roof. I got 4 quotes and while Tiger team was not the lowest (the cheap usually comes out expensive) I felt that their quote was very fair and Mike was very professional through the evaluation process explaining in detail what they intended to do. The crew showed up right on time and was professional and friendly, never talked down to me even when I questioned how they planned on doing the repair and off they went to work. About an hour into the repair of the largest leak I went out to check on them and when I saw a lot of rotted wood in my front yard I knew that there was more hidden damage than expected. I checked on them from time to time and a few hour repair turned into an all day affair due to underlying damage which could not be seen prior. A roof is like a box of chocolates, you don't know what you got until you get into it. At the end the foreman showed me pictures of the process and damage. The largest leak was at the bottom of a valley and they completely replaced everything all of the way up to the peak due to all of the rotted wood to make sure that it was done right and I agreed 100%. He said that it would be a little more than quoted (which I already expected) and Mike would call and we would discuss it. My gut feeling of Mike was that he was an honest and fair person so I was somewhat at ease, but when I spoke to mike only charged for labor and materials on the additional work which was about half of what I expected so I was thrilled. Later that weekend I went up on the roof to check the work and was very impressed by the quality and how thorough they were. I highly recommend Tiger Team Roofing and will use them in the future for any of my roofing needs.

Called them up for an appointment seeing as so many of my neighbors had them do their roofs. Was told by the lady on the phone that Andy will call me next week to set up an appointment. Two weeks went by and nothing. Called up again to make sure my contact info was correct and it was. The lady told me she would make a note of me calling again for Andy. Its been about a month and NO CALL BACK YET from this Andy guy! Very disappointed with this company. And I was ready to sign the contract after seeing how the roofs came out in my neighborhood. But after this, No way. If they cant even call me to set up an appointment to view the roof, No way Id hire them to repair it. Going with the local competitors now.

I had tiger roofing repair a leak on my roof two years ago.. after two years the roof started leaking once again on the same spot. I called them to see if it still was under warranty, but it wasn't. I paid 700 for the job two years ago, now they say to fix the job that was not properly done by them, now they are charging 800.. 100 dollars more than the original price. When I inquire about the difference they claim I'm getting a great deal cause it supposed to cost 3000 to do the same job, that is 2 years later... I highly don't recommend this guys.. the end result will be faulty work with increase prices to fix work already perform before..

I would not only recommend this roofing company but will say they are now the only roofing company I will ever use. I interviewed several roofing companies some tried giving me that ""deal"" but with Tiger Team they were straight forward, no games. Their staff in the office always responsive and friendly. Price they were through and fair and again I researched everything about them and also the others that came along, and I felt with Tiger Team comfortable and not scammed. They are very detailed telling you the progress and when done they don't leave a mess or a reason to call back for issues.

Very rare to find a reliable contractor in south Florida - Tiger Team Roofing is the exception. They communicated constantly from start to finish, did exactly what was promised, quickly, efficiently, and super CLEANLY. No dumpster in our driveway. No mess, no damage. Removed our old tile roof and put on a new shingle roof within one week including city inspections. We were so impressed (and relieved!) Andy, our salesman, and Gigi, the Office Manager, kept us updated throughout the process. We obtained several quotes before starting this project and we are so glad that we made the right choice. My wife and I just discovered a small leak in our roof. So based on all the wonderful Yelp reviews we decided to call Tiger Team for a estimate to get it repaired. I called about a week ago and got a appointment for today 09/08/16 a week later. I went ahead and called them this morning to make sure that they were coming at the appointment time since I was leaving work early and didn't want to waste my time. The person that answered the phone confirmed that we were set up for this afternoon as scheduled. I got a call about an hour before the appointment from the gentleman who was suppose to come to my house for the estimate. I figured he was calling me to tell me at what time he would arrive. To my surprise the conversation started by him telling me that he had to go to his daughters ring blessing and was not going to make it to the appointment. I reminded him that I had left work early and called this morning to make sure that we were both on point. His response was that he wasn't going to miss his daughters event for a appointment. Fine, I get it, its a family event, I would have done the same. The only difference is that I would have made sure to take care of the potential client to make up for my bad planning. Not just blow him off and make it seems i'm the problem. I then asked him if we can change it for tomorrow afternoon at the same time and I would leave work early ""once again"". He told me he had to many appointments tomorrow and would not be able to fit me in. I reminded him that your office made the appointment and confirmed. He said he was not going to miss this event over an appointment. He then started asking me questions on what the issue was at my home with the roof. For a moment I actually thought he was going to try to give me a quote over the phone. Then he got fed up and stopped. I asked then what could we do and then that's when he hits me with "" apparently we cant get our schedules to meet so you will have to go elsewhere"". Really, this is how you treat a potential client. My schedule is fine sir, I actually show up for appointments. I thanked him and told him I would go elsewhere. My wife then called there office to see if we can get someone else out there who actually wants to do business and they told her that the person I was speaking with was actually the owner. I was blown away.

Guy's don't waste your time with this company. Apparently they don't care how they treat customers and if they show up to appointments. Just another "" I don't care"" attitude from another crappy South Florida Company. Good Luck..

I cannot say enough good things about Tiger Team Roofing. They have done repairs for me over the past few years, and were always reasonable and did good work. This year, I needed a new roof, and their estimate was right in the middle of three estimates, which were all close. They did the job quickly and professionally, and it looks beautiful. I worked with Brian and Gigi, and they were both terrific. I highly recommend them.

Tiger Team Roofing came out promptly after I called to request a repair estimate. They were kind enough to mention that, given the age of my roof, a warranty likely still existed to cover the repairs that were needed. I called the company that originally installed the roof for us years ago, and Tiger Team Roofing was absolutely right -- the roof was still covered under warranty. I was so impressed that Tiger Team Roofing had the integrity to steer me back to the company that installed my roof, instead of keeping silent on the warranty issue. They would have had my business but they did the honest thing. I will recommend Tiger Team Roofing to everyone...and will only call them the next time I need any additional repairs to my roof.
