It's never a pleasure to put a new roof on your house. Never.

However, Tiger Team came close to making that happen. They made it almost a pleasure to fork out quite a bit of cash. And for me, that says it all. Except, that on top of everything else, out of five bids, theirs was the lowest. Now I amsmiling.

It would be easier and quicker to mention here what aspect(s) of their work did not rate the big * * * * *.

They promised a lot, more than the other four bidders, and kept every promise, described the process to me in complete detail, kept me informed as we progressed, did a helluva great job on my new roof ... and I saw lots of smiles among the employees.

Let's hope other businesses figure out & implement how Tiger Team does what they do. Maybe, just maybe they did make it a pleasure.

Thanks Mike, Gigi, job foreman (sorry I forgot your name but will keep that Flex Seal as a humorous reminder) and all of Tiger Team.

Their service has fallen off over the years. Most of their positive reviews comes from people who had a new roof installed. They installed a new roof for me about six years ago and I was pleased with their professionalism and service. Now that I need to have my roof repaired, I feel like more of a nuisance than an actual paying customer.

Long story short, I waited for over two days for Brian to give me a call back. When it didn't happen, I called back and was told by the lady answering the phone that he did call me. I guess I am the idiot at this point. During the previous two days, I even answered telemarketers calls in hopes that it was Brian returning my call.

She set the time and date that he could get to me. I told her I had a medical procedure scheduled during that time and could the scheduled time be moved to later in the day. I was told, ""No, because he is already squeezing you in."" Wow, ok!

On the day of the appointment, Brian was not the person that showed up. I received a call from Andy stating that he was on the way. I left my son there to wait for Andy and went to my medical appointment. I called Andy, a few hours later, when I returned home and was told he left a proposal for me. Had Andy called me, while he was at my home, I probably would have told him to proceed with the repairs.

I won't be calling Tiger Team again. I will find another company to repair the roof that they installed.

Brief update:
I really wish we could recommend roofing companies, because my new roofing company charged me $450 less than Tiger Team proposed repair price. My new roofing company was professional from beginning to end and showed up when they said they would.

we had such a wonderful experience with Tiger Team replacing the roof! Gary, Gigi, and Christine were driving the process - full service, with daily updates, very punctual and responsive, all questions answered, and all concerns addressed. The work team is wonderful, took great care of the surroundings and the property, leaving everything cleaner than they found. very reasonable pricing. the best!

I had done roofing in the past but too old now. I had two leaks as well as needed some repair to a flat portion on my roof. I got 4 quotes and while Tiger team was not the lowest (the cheap usually comes out expensive) I felt that their quote was very fair and Mike was very professional through the evaluation process explaining in detail what they intended to do. The crew showed up right on time and was professional and friendly, never talked down to me even when I questioned how they planned on doing the repair and off they went to work. About an hour into the repair of the largest leak I went out to check on them and when I saw a lot of rotted wood in my front yard I knew that there was more hidden damage than expected. I checked on them from time to time and a few hour repair turned into an all day affair due to underlying damage which could not be seen prior. A roof is like a box of chocolates, you don't know what you got until you get into it. At the end the foreman showed me pictures of the process and damage. The largest leak was at the bottom of a valley and they completely replaced everything all of the way up to the peak due to all of the rotted wood to make sure that it was done right and I agreed 100%. He said that it would be a little more than quoted (which I already expected) and Mike would call and we would discuss it. My gut feeling of Mike was that he was an honest and fair person so I was somewhat at ease, but when I spoke to mike only charged for labor and materials on the additional work which was about half of what I expected so I was thrilled. Later that weekend I went up on the roof to check the work and was very impressed by the quality and how thorough they were. I highly recommend Tiger Team Roofing and will use them in the future for any of my roofing needs.

Called them up for an appointment seeing as so many of my neighbors had them do their roofs. Was told by the lady on the phone that Andy will call me next week to set up an appointment. Two weeks went by and nothing. Called up again to make sure my contact info was correct and it was. The lady told me she would make a note of me calling again for Andy. Its been about a month and NO CALL BACK YET from this Andy guy! Very disappointed with this company. And I was ready to sign the contract after seeing how the roofs came out in my neighborhood. But after this, No way. If they cant even call me to set up an appointment to view the roof, No way Id hire them to repair it. Going with the local competitors now.

I had tiger roofing repair a leak on my roof two years ago.. after two years the roof started leaking once again on the same spot. I called them to see if it still was under warranty, but it wasn't. I paid 700 for the job two years ago, now they say to fix the job that was not properly done by them, now they are charging 800.. 100 dollars more than the original price. When I inquire about the difference they claim I'm getting a great deal cause it supposed to cost 3000 to do the same job, that is 2 years later... I highly don't recommend this guys.. the end result will be faulty work with increase prices to fix work already perform before..

I would not only recommend this roofing company but will say they are now the only roofing company I will ever use. I interviewed several roofing companies some tried giving me that ""deal"" but with Tiger Team they were straight forward, no games. Their staff in the office always responsive and friendly. Price they were through and fair and again I researched everything about them and also the others that came along, and I felt with Tiger Team comfortable and not scammed. They are very detailed telling you the progress and when done they don't leave a mess or a reason to call back for issues.
