Tiger Team Roofing just finished installing my new roof and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with such a professional company. From the moment that I signed the Agreement, the experience began. What I loved from a cost standpoint, was that I was not required to give a deposit until the work began. Many companies want the money up front when no work has occurred. Not Tiger Team Roofing. They completely WOW' d me. Their communication was phenomenal. They kept me abreast of each step in the process so that we were aligned, and I knew when the tear off was taking place, the underlayment was taking place, the tiles were being delivered and the install was happening. I have never worked with such a well-organized company that performed their work like a Swiss clock. A special call out to the amazing Team that truly created a WOW experience for me. They include Mike Wasco, Gigi Calderon, Robert (Runner), Christine Tamsberg, and Galdino (The Tile Setter). I highly recommend Tiger Team Roofing and would be honored to be a reference for any of their potential future clients. I hit the lottery when I decided to move forward with this company.

I can't say enough good things about this vendor. We used Tiger Team for roof repairs even prior to hiring them to install our new roof 4+ years ago. Staff was always professional and friendly, which reflects well on management (shoutout to Mike Wasco). We noticed a potential issue at the end of heavy rains last week, and Ray (Service Manager) came out a.s.a.p. to assess the problem and dispatched a 2-man crew to repair it the next day (at no cost to us because of the new roof's 10-year guarantee). As with Mike and Ray, repairmen Marty and Juan demonstrated exceptional service and patience with my questions. This vendor stands behind its work. I highly recommend Tiger Team's roofing services.

Tiger Team Roofing is a TOP notch roofing company. The entire team made me feel like this was the only company I'd have repair my roof. From Ray who did the evaluation and estimate all the way to Chelsea who did scheduling, payments and follow up. I was very concerned that the replacement tiles would not match and discovered that Marty & Juan (The installers) actually removed tiles from a hidden section of the roof (And swapped them) to make sure the repair looked flawless. Mike Wasco has built one heck of a team and one heck of a company.

Until I received a ReRoof Proposal from Tiger Team I repeatedly received poorly written proposals with little information on the Material used, Method of Work, Protection of Pool, Driveway ,AC, etc and clean up .
I was impressed that Tigers Proposal was similar to an Engineering Specification and just as detailed . Tigers Proposal used all premium grade materials , gave a large wad of Foam Adhesive to increase the holding strength of Roof Tiles. Tigers Quote clearly stated the quantities of wood, plywood , 2x6s , 1x2s, drip shield and White painted 1x8 Fascia .
after I met with Tiger's Mike Wasco and asked several key questions the Price was negotiated and I signed the contract. The honest fact he conveyed to us was that TILE Delivery takes three months. Other roof contractors told us they can begin work after they receive a Permit and gave earlier (unrealistic) finish dates.
Tiger team began work of Demolition by first covering our pool, AC unit, Pool Pump, and front garden. Tiger replacing 37 sheets of plywood, 240 feet of Fasica , drip edge, Copula removal and install all 30 pound felt ALL IN ONE Eight HOUR SHIFT using 2 working Supervisors and twelve Roofing Mechanics. A terrific Clean Up. The next day a Tech came to replace our 4 damaged soffit vents , more clean up and schedule a Screen repair for 3 of our torn screens . Two days later a team of 4 plus one supervisor HOT MOPPED the entire roof. They finished by 12:0 PM. After Tiles were delevered 9 Mechanics and two working Supervisors installed the entire Tile roof in one 8 Hour day . We were impressed with their great Professional work , their Protection and Clean Up and a speedy completion! Several Neighbors were very surprised and impressed as 4 houses on our block took from 2 1/2 months to over 3 months to complete . I have worked for 38 year in the Construction trades as as a Project Manager on Large Scale (Union Trained Workers) Projects . Tiger Team is one of the Best Firms I have seen in the Roofing Business .

Tiger Team did a great job from start to finish. Mike was very thorough in discussing all of our options. The installers were efficient and hard workers. They covered everything that needed cover and clean up was like they were never here.
Very good work and professional. Start to finish took a week. Would definitely recommend.

Got a quote and then I was told that if I only did the new roof as quoted that it would leak. I had to pay almost $2000 more to insure that my new roof wouldn't leak. What a complete waste of my time!!!

I watched a few companies work in my neighborhood before I chose Tiger Team roofing. I am so glad that I did. They are incredibly professional, courteous, polite, exceptional at replacing roofs and go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and advised of the progress of the job.
They came when they said they were going to show up and the job was finished in a very short amount of time. I saw other people in my neighborhood waiting for weeks to have their jobs completed. Tiger Team coordinated with the company that did my solar panels, the company that disconnected my pool screen and
Installed new gutters and me. I would give them 10 stars if it was possible.

In a few words; Tiger Team Roofing is the best. The key to their success is communication and experience. Mike was super knowledgeable and ALWAYS answered his phone with my questions. They continually keep in touch with you by email or text and each time and day was communicated with me as to what they were going to do next in the job. I watched every step and these guys do it right. The key is they have their own teams and do NOT contract out. Every person has a Tiger Team shirt and ALL their trucks are their own and clearly marked. Jesus was their the forman of the job and he knew exactly what to do and was on site when the job was being performed. He has been with the company since the beginning. If you want a quality job, done right, this company is the one you want PERIOD. I know this sounds like an advertisement but I am so impressed by this company.

I waited several months to write this post because I wanted to make suure there were no issues with my roof. From start to finish this company was very easy to work with. Kevin came out and provided a competitive estimate. He was clear and upfront on pricing, potential overages and aanswered all of my questions. No pressure sales. After signing my contract and selecting tiles, the ladies in the office sent emails and made phone callls to keep me abreast of progress. This was the protocol from start to finish. The laborers did an amazing job and took care not to break anything while tearing off the roof. They coordinated the inspections, no problem. I did have a slight issue with the tiles and some factory markings and scratches I wasn't happy with and they sent a guy out to completely seal the tiles and corrected any issues I had. I think his name was Mike at tiger roofing said ""I just want you to be happy"". We've had several torrential downpours since my roof was installed and I've had zero issues so far. I did my research and had about five estimates and I'm very happy I chose them to do the job.
