This company does not pay its subcontractors or employees. I worked here for about 10 months and watched dozens of subcontractors not get paid for work they did, including myself as an employee. This company also operates under the name ""Roof Wiser""

Tier 1 reroofed our house in November 2018 after Hurricane Michael and it is now leaking in several spots. I have left at least a dozens voicemail and email messages but the they do not return any message. They must be out of business or are just scam artists. They may be able to install a blue tarp but obviously can't install a roof. Do not use them under any circumstance.

Thank God for Tier 1 Roofing. Once the hurricane moved through, they were on site in Panama City Beach tarping roofs and scheduling new projects. Thanks you, Tier 1.

Fraud Alert: this company is driving around to Irma damaged areas and putting a door hanger on the door in hopes of fooling homeowners into thinking it's an official public notice. The notice state that Florida Statutes requires the homeowner to call the roofer within 24hrs.
