We were not at all happy with the sales persons, Jaxon and Eric as they promised this wonderful service and for two weeks all we had were workers who did not speak a word of English. The sales crew assured us they would be on the job ever step of the way and they knew exactly what we wanted for our exterior paint; however, my 85 year old husband had to tape notes in Spanish all over the exterior so the crew knew what color to paint each area. I complained to Jaxon several times via text but got no response for my request for assistance in English. The job actually turned out quite well, but the process was a nightmare and the price was way too excessive for the result. Do not be taken in by these two slick salesmen who promised the world and did not deliver.

Very disappointed in the workmanship.I had my roof replaced,repair stucco and paint on the exterior.The preparation was poorly done,plants were not covered and were damaged,over spray on roof and removing of old paint was incomplete.The workers disposed of hazardous waste around the yard and I reported Tidal to EPA. Part 1: Consultation with Jonathan was soooo thorough. It was practically a science lesson on how to prevent mold, termites, and sun damage. I was having fun geeking out with the different vials and swatches, and learned a lot!

Part 2: Our onsite project manager, Rene, was super helpful. Every day we'd get the a.m. rundown on what was going to happen, and the p.m. summary of how it went and what was planned for the next day.

If there were any questions, he would ask them to be sure his team was getting it right. Every evening tools and supplies would be neatly stowed out of the way so we wouldn't trip over them.

Gabriela, the in office project manager, would give us a call daily to see if we had any questions or concerns, and summarize the remaining timeline. If anything came up, it was taken care of immediately.

Part 3: Results are fabulous! We are so thankful that the color we chose projects our intended vibe - calm, cool, and relaxing, especially since we live in smoking hot E. County! Have yet to see whether it reduces our energy bill, but knowing this is the ""last paint job we'll ever need"" is also worth it!

Tidal Remodeling built a ramp in my backyard. I have a four foot drop between my garage and house. Because of age (mine), I no longer wanted to use the five concrete steps with my hands full from car to house. There was not a lot of room for the ramp but, the foreman Caesar, made it work. His vision was great and I now have an efficient and attractive masterpiece ramp in my yard. It is far more than I expected. The crew was pleasant and very hard workers. I would highly recommend Tidal Remodeling and Caesars crew, and would use them on my next outdoor project.

We were in the market to add gutters to our recently purchased home. We reached out to a few companies and many had a long wait time. Luckily we found the Tidal Remodeling team and they were able to provide a quote, order and install the gutters in no time. They came out the day after I called for a quote, we're able to provide pricing during the appointment. We were also interested in a retaining wall with backfill and they were able to provide a quote for that as well.

The Tidal team did an amazing paint job painting our home. Our house looks brand new and we couldn't be more pleased with their work. Our sales rep Jonathan was really easy to work with from the beginning and I found him to be very knowledgeable, honest and passionate about home remodeling.
Give him a chance, and he'll give you an awesome vision of what he can do for you. He has a great portfolio of before and after projects that he managed. You're in good hands if he is your rep.

Tidal was very thorough when assessing the job. They do an inspection of the home for existing cracks and damage and advise options of what can be done. I was lucky not to have much damage to begin with. Tidal recommends using the TexCote Coolwall system. Which I can best describe as a superpaint. It's warrantied to not chip, flake or peel as long as you own your home. Its resistant to fading, mold and mildew. But best of all, it reduces the temperature of your home. I'd recommend to do your own research if you're interested by watching Youtube videos or reading articles. Yes, you'll you pay a little more but the paint is designed to last and protect your home.

I'd like to give some credit to the painting team as well. They showed up every day on-time and were very respectful to my home. They prepared the house well, taping off areas as you would normally expect. They always reached out to me if there were any decisions about painting over fixtures or around them. They also did a very good job cleaning up after the job. Really great crew to work with.

I would definitely recommend Tidal as a trusted contractor for your home remodeling needs. Give them a shot to bid on your next project. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
