I would unequivocally recommend Tidal Remodeling for your home projects, large or small. Our new roof installation was begun on our time frame and finished exactly when promised. The professionalism throughout the install was evident even before the crew arrived (early) on the first day. The reps for the company were amiable, knowledgable, and eager to answer any questions that my wife and I had. Their description of the entire process was described in detail; even the materials that were to be used on our home were offered for our inspection. We were shown photos and videos of previous roof installations performed by Tidal. The entire cost, including lumber if necessary, was shown in graphic form, and given to us in written form. No strong-arming was involved. The crew, as aforementioned, showed up early on the first day. There was no coming-and-going; all crews were on site for the entire day. The front office communicated with us at least twice a day, utilizing texts, emails or phone calls. Materials were delivered directly to the roof by conveyor belt, nothing was carried up a ladder by crew members, which we were told could result in the cracking or tearing of the roofing materials. At the end of each day the grounds were scoured for debris (removing the old roof was a dirty/dusty exercise). The trailer used for haul-away was only in our driveway for a day-and-a-half. We had solar panels that needed to be removed and replaced, and that went very smoothly. The old roof vents were replaced with sleeker, less bulky ones. The most edifying part of the whole process was the replacement of plywood on portions of our roof. Given the opportunity to over-sell us on lumber, it turned out that we needed to replace only three sheets of plywood. After the roof was completed, we were walked through the whole process and offered the opportunity to give our feedback and ask any questions about the install. All-in-all, a pleasant experience that had the potential to go side-ways on multiple fronts, but never did. Professionalism and integrity throughout the whole process.

The house recieved a new roof and house painting in like 3 weeks. The whole team was GREAT. Everything from the daily check in calls to the final completion was WONDERFUL. We had 2 sales reps, Jaxon and Bergan come to our home for a second consultation on 9/28, they were absolutely amazing! They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and confident in their product.

My mother and I who own our house were ready to pull the trigger on a large project and we were even going to work with them to bring them a large amount of additional business. UNTIL, they called their manager during the meeting to ask about offering special pricing. The manager, I believe his name was Shai, completely lost the sale. Instead of coaching the rep to take the call outside BEFORE starting to talk, he ALMOST IMMEDIATELY went into berating the rep about what he should have done instead! So unprofessional!! There is a time and place for coaching and feedback and it's not during the sales meeting!!

My mother and I are not comfortable with having the chance of having to work with someone like that at all during such a large and costly project.

We were not at all happy with the sales persons, Jaxon and Eric as they promised this wonderful service and for two weeks all we had were workers who did not speak a word of English. The sales crew assured us they would be on the job ever step of the way and they knew exactly what we wanted for our exterior paint; however, my 85 year old husband had to tape notes in Spanish all over the exterior so the crew knew what color to paint each area. I complained to Jaxon several times via text but got no response for my request for assistance in English. The job actually turned out quite well, but the process was a nightmare and the price was way too excessive for the result. Do not be taken in by these two slick salesmen who promised the world and did not deliver.

Very disappointed in the workmanship.I had my roof replaced,repair stucco and paint on the exterior.The preparation was poorly done,plants were not covered and were damaged,over spray on roof and removing of old paint was incomplete.The workers disposed of hazardous waste around the yard and I reported Tidal to EPA. Part 1: Consultation with Jonathan was soooo thorough. It was practically a science lesson on how to prevent mold, termites, and sun damage. I was having fun geeking out with the different vials and swatches, and learned a lot!

Part 2: Our onsite project manager, Rene, was super helpful. Every day we'd get the a.m. rundown on what was going to happen, and the p.m. summary of how it went and what was planned for the next day.

If there were any questions, he would ask them to be sure his team was getting it right. Every evening tools and supplies would be neatly stowed out of the way so we wouldn't trip over them.

Gabriela, the in office project manager, would give us a call daily to see if we had any questions or concerns, and summarize the remaining timeline. If anything came up, it was taken care of immediately.

Part 3: Results are fabulous! We are so thankful that the color we chose projects our intended vibe - calm, cool, and relaxing, especially since we live in smoking hot E. County! Have yet to see whether it reduces our energy bill, but knowing this is the ""last paint job we'll ever need"" is also worth it!

Tidal Remodeling built a ramp in my backyard. I have a four foot drop between my garage and house. Because of age (mine), I no longer wanted to use the five concrete steps with my hands full from car to house. There was not a lot of room for the ramp but, the foreman Caesar, made it work. His vision was great and I now have an efficient and attractive masterpiece ramp in my yard. It is far more than I expected. The crew was pleasant and very hard workers. I would highly recommend Tidal Remodeling and Caesars crew, and would use them on my next outdoor project.
