I have known Hugh for several years now and have not only had him work on my home but have referred his services out as well. I can't tell you how nice it is to work with an honest dependable contractor. His skills are unquestionable and his personal insight and expertise helped me decide the best route and cost effective decision for the work I wanted done. We recently hired Hugh for a large second story addition on our 1930s Spanish Style home. I met with five contractors including Lars and Murray Lampert. Those guys had a great presentation and dog and pony show but when they started explaining all the different people i had to deal with i got terribly confused. I hired Hugh because he is there everyday, he's the owner, and his involvement allows for changes to occur that day and not two weeks later. Three R builders was also significantly cheaper then the other big shops. If you need color models and big screen TVs to see your future house pay the extra $100K and high Lars or Murray Lampert. If you have a clear vision Hugh and his drafter will work with you. You wont be disapointed.
