Totally disappointed! I am owed over $2,000.00, more in the ballpark of $3,300.00 according to the receipts and the work that was done. During the process, I learned I had a brain aneurysm and that I needed surgery so I had to get the SELF loan. He was paid over $34,000.00 for a $22,000.00 roof because I started making payments and then the SELF loan paid $20,000 when the job was completed. He was to refund the balance to me. After having an argument with Sean, for a couple of months asking for my refund, did I see some of the money. I never got the corrected invoice to reflect the rest of the balance; however, I was charged for a service that was not provided. He also charged me interest charges for the payments being late. Sean is a dishonest person and I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy!

Stay away. Far away. Shawn, the owner rarely returns phone calls or texts. After the contract is signed he will straight ghost you. What a nightmare process it was to get a new roof. Absolute nightmare....
I can't think of someone worse to have done business with.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Three guys was awesome! Shawn came out the next day, got up in my attic and gave me a quote on site. His guys were back the next day and the repair was done in a few hours. Seamless experience and a fair price. Thanks Shawn!

My daughter had her roof replaced by this company 2-1/2 years ago. Two weeks ago the flat portion of her roof was leaking from Hurricane Dorian. She was in the process of selling this home. I contacted Shawn on behalf of my daughter and his crew was at her house fixing the problem in less than a week. He is also transferring her warranty to the new buyer. Was very grateful that the problem was fixed so quickly

I hired Shawn at Three Guys Roofing in June 2018. By September, my roof was still not complete and my insurance cancelled me. I asked Shawn for a copy of his insurance, since my roof was not complete and he sent me a FRAUDULENT INSURANCE DOCUMENT. I fired him immediately, sued him in civil court and won the case. (look it up , Palm Beach County) He also started the project without an approved permit, leaving me with a $750 fine from the city. I filed a complaint with the DBPR. This Guy is a loser. I caught him in a lot of lies. If one of his workers gets hurt, you are ultimately responsible!!

Recommended from a friend. Gave us a good deal but workmanship was horrible. They were sloppy and didn't comply with replacing what they said. Sean is a horrible listener and provides horrible customer service.
