I noticed a leak on my patio and found my daughters bedroom carpet was damp in that same area. We are having a bad rain storm and the leak plus the rain was scaring me I would have bigger issues inside the house.

Gary came out the very next morning and just from the drive up he already saw my issue. He got up on the roof took pictures to show and explain where the problems were. He got right on to fixing those issues and other things he found that I had no idea we're there.

He was quick efficient and very informative on what needed to be done. He never told me anything more then what I needed. Honesty and pride in his work showed from the minute he got there until he left!

I would recommend him a million times if I could!

I contacted Gary Thompson about fixing a leaky roof in the entryway of my home during the last rain we had. I was going out of town the next day and needed someone to fix the issue ASAP. I called & left a message which was returned very quickly. I was told that they only took cash or checks and I had wanted to pay by credit card. After we hung up, Kristy from the office called me back and told me that they decided to implement a credit card payment system from Square and that I could pay by credit card. Gary came by and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work that needed to be done.
I went out of town and 3 days later Gary and his team fixed my roof in my absence. They agreed that I could pay upon my return. I contacted them right after I got home to pay them. They came over and I paid them AFTER the work was done. Who does that?!?
