I had met with Kevin who came to inspect the dead valley of my roof that keeps giving me some leaks. Later on, Kevin called me back and explained to me that after he consulted with some engengineer , he recommended me to hire some contractors to rerebuild that dead valley to prevent further leaks. Because he thinks that repairs won't t help. I am giving him 5 stars for his research and honesty instead of suggesting me expensive repairs that won t work. I will call them back for any other roof issues..itvis hard to find trustworthy people nowadays

They actually answered the phone and had availability . The owner came out for the inspection and estimate (he beat 3 other estimates) at no charge. The crew doing the job asked if it was ok they worked late and finished the same day. They really took good care of us. I highly recommend thomas roofing.

we requested our roof to be replaced after moving into our new home. Thomas roofing came and did the job.

we had 2 storms recently pass and had some leaks. especially one where our leak has gone into our fuse box, been trying to contact Thomas roofing for over a month. everytime they said they'll have someone call back. Never called or checked up on us again.

I cannot recommend Thomas Roofing, I am appalled by their customer service. I recommend you, if you're reading this, to find another company to work with.

Initially I was very pleased and then we had the heavy wind and rain storm that came in a week later and the roof leaked worse. The lead engineer for Thomas came out and took videos and stated that it wasn't the workmanship of the roofers but, my stucco walls were the problem.
So, I had a stucco guy came out and he explained how stucco is installed.
The bottom line is, if what the roofing engineer told me was the problem and is telling the truth and if the stucco man is telling the truth about how stucco is installed someone is telling a bold faced lie.

That said the Stucco guy agreed to meet with the roofing engineer from Thomas to help work through getting the leak fixed.

I have called two days in a row and Thomas roofing assured me that the roofing engineer would call me. He has not called to establish a meeting date and time.

Funny thing is I still have a leak and even after asking the office to establish the meeting date and time, as well as, the office giving me the call to inform me of the date and time I have received nothing. They have stated the engineer will call you.

I have been informed this is not unusual behavior with the roofing community as a whole, because it's Florida, they never really back up there warranty and work because there is always work and they aren't dying for the money so customer satisfaction isn't important either

In the end it's the customer who pays the price. So proceed with caution. Buyer beware. I will update this post if Thomas meets with the Stucco folks and the problem is resolved.

This company continues to harass me after they refused my proposal to cancel my contract with them in the 3 day time frame I had in the contract, I originally hired them for my roof repair until finding out that they lied and attempted to scam me for not standing by there word on products they promised me from the start! They are indeed way over priced on the projects and make promises they won't keep. Scammers alert! DO NOT HIRE these krooks! Literally thieves.... That's the business they attempt to run and portray themselves to be. Constantly threatening me that I owe them because I cancelled, in which I have every right to do as a consumer.

What a joke!!!! They quoted me 1900 dollars for a small roof leak, and when I asked them to lower the price, they refused. Give me a break.

From start to finish Thomas roofing was amazing! They guided me every step of the way, answered all questions but also never felt pressured for ""upgrades"" I was given options and why they were recommended etc. They communicated with insurance and kept me updated as things progressed etc. Communication was a HUGE relief and piece of mind throughout this process. My representative was available by text and always got back to me in a timely manor. They also did the best they could to plan around my schedule or inform me when people were coming by etc. I can't say enough great things about this company! Now my home not only has a cute roof but a safe one which gives me such peace of mind.

We had a leak spring in our roof over the weekend. Thomas Roofing was one of the few companies that took my call on a Saturday and was the first company on-site. They did a thorough inspection inside the house to identify the source of the leak and dispatched a repairing team who was on the roof an hour later to effect the repair. I appreciate that their quick action prevented water damage to our house.

Everyone I spoke with at Thomas Roofing was professional and upfront. They worked quickly and sought to keep me informed as they identified the problem, showed me the damaged area, then brought in a team to fix it. I'll definitely call Thomas Roofing for any future problems.
