Regarding a recent roof replacement at my residence here in Ocala, and on a scale of 1-10, I would without a doubt rate Thomas Roofing a 10++++++ based upon professionalism, punctuality, quality, responsiveness, value, honesty and any other positive quality you can think of to describe a top notch organization. They were such a pleasure to work with and from the first phone call through completion of the roof their performance was stellar.

It is very apparent that Thomas understands the importance and value of running a well-oiled, organized, professional and customer service oriented company which judging from my experience is exactly how he operates.

Many thanks and much appreciation to the hard working crew who arrived on time and worked until dusk to complete the job in three days. Thanks also goes out to Jonathan who constantly monitored the quality and workmanship of the new roof as well as assured that the job was progressing according to schedule. And to Billy, my initial contact, who was always available, bid the job fairly and competitively, and who stopped by to speak to me personally two times during the process to make sure I was comfortable and had no concerns, questions or complaints. Your customer service was impressive and also very much appreciated.

As in the case with most homeowners a roof replacement is a very daunting and huge deal. Let's face it, everyone selling their product promises the world, but even with a lot of research, unless you are a contractor you actually don't know what you're going to get. I feel extremely fortunate that I not only received what was promised but certainly much more than I expected.

This man the owner of this business (Thomas) heard about my friend/neighbor stepping on a nail at her condo,he went into action! yes his people could have done better by making the entrance path was clear/clean but when he found out she (the tenet) got a nail in the foot he went above and beyond to make sure she was all good including me the neighbor that took the my friend /tenet to the doctor to get a tetanus shot! I believe he's a good businessman with a good heart and I appreciate the concern he had for her(the tenets) well being! #we live #learn ty Thomas for your generosity and kindness after the said incident..;)

In August of 2020, I purchased a home with a roof that was inspected to live 0-2 years. Ouch! When the plumber, the handy man, and the HVAC/AC guy came to do their quotes, I asked about a roofer and they ALL said Thomas Roofing. Because I didn't want to be sucked into industry favoritism, I still called two other local companies for roofing quotes. I was looking for the safest, most lasting roof I could find. I did my research on metal, architectural shingles, tile, and asphalt. I learned a lot in my efforts and when I spoke to Jimmy (project manager), I was happy to verify there was an architectural shingle that stood the test of a metal roof and was more cost efficient. The company provided me with a professional typed quote (in a company folder so I didn't mix it up with the other piles of receipts and quotes I was dealing with), and left me alone to make my decision..... This was a 'no pressure' sale. The roofing team arrived on a Thursday morning at 7am and finished packing up before 7:30am on Monday. There was no work on Sunday. The work crew was friendly and didn't get nervous of my big 80Lb baby of an American Bull Dog who wanted to see them work and sniff their butts. Unfortunately, even though I pulled away from the dumpster and across the yard, I hit a roofing tack, in my tire, on the first day. Jimmy was so awesome when I texted him. I stopped by my local tire shop the next morning, on my way to work, and fixed it for 10 bucks. Jimmy compensated me... that day... in cash, that included my time, and the repair on the tire. Needless to say, I parked across the street for the next few days, just to give the team a chance to get all things done and clean up with extra efforts. Since my monies were escrowed, in the contract for the house, Thomas personally accepted the mailed check from my lender, with an email confirmation for payment. This team worked through funky weather restrictions, me changing my phone number before we started (forgot to call them to update), and my hectic teacher work, schedule where I could not accept calls during regular business hours. My roof was not an easy roof... Lots of different angles. It looks soooooo AMAZING! My wind mitigation test passed with flying colors and now I just need to paint so the house looks complete. Then he made arrangement for someone to come the next day to repair it.

Thomas Roofing just completed reroofing our home. We had extensive water damage to all the face boards, roof joust, and plywood across the rear of house. Two layers of old roofing were removed, all water damage was repaired, and GAF Architectural shingles installed. We chose pewter color to match the taupe mist and grey house colors; a perfect choice. We were in a daily rain and thunder storm cycle. The work had to be interrupted daily and the roof left so as not to have any leaks; no leaks were noted. In spite of the weather delays, the total job was done within one week. Clean up was done at the end of every day, rain or shine. Large bar magnets were pulled around the house each day to remove all nails and staples. The crew were all hard working, well trained local young men who were friendly, informative, and worked as a team. Management stopped by regularly to monitor progress and keep us informed. We were e-mailed in-progress pictures of the roof, some taken by drone camera. We are 100% satisfied with the workmanship, products used, and final price.

This company made the biggest mess of my roof and never resolved the problem! Billy came out first and then Thomas a couple of times. I fooled with them for a year and half and never did get the roof leak fixed and they created such a mess on the area that it took quite an effort to fix properly and resolve the mess they made! This company doesn't know what it's doing!
