PJ D.Mr. O'Donnell of Fullerton, referred to my neighbor and myself by another neighbor. We have adjoining houses. Mr. O'Donnell was one of several called for bids - some showed up and some did not. Mr. O'Donnell was chosen by us because not only was his bid reasonable, but his hands showed he did roofing for a living - he is not just a salesman. At first we asked for whole roof bid and then for partial. He kindly submitted two bids. The work has been completed to our satisfaction - no leaks at all. Waited for three rains to write this in case the crik over a bearing wall leaked - it has given us terrible trouble over the years. Previous reroofing never worked. Mr. O'Donnell is competent, hard working, fair-priced, pleasant and willing to please (not necessarily in that order). Can't ask for more than that.
