BEWARE of this ""company"" - it is a scam. We contacted four season's roofing and the guy then gave us a story about how he was bought by Hector's Roofing Company and had us sign a contract with that company. They did a terrible job on the roof - it is still leaking - took $2700 to ""fix"" our garage roof and when it continued to leak days later (we have photos) the first guy from Four Seasons never returned phone calls (for nearly a month now) and the second guy - Hector - told us he answered an ad off of craigslist and was in some kind of ""deal"" with the first guy to split fees and he sent his guys to a job he'd never even bid on. We had 3 inspectors out to look at the roof that all said the whole thing needs to be redone, that they did an incorrect job. We've asked for our money back but Hector is now claiming he doesn't have the money to give us our money back. He just gets angry and tells us how the first guy pulled a scam - but lets be real, Hector was happy to pull the scam too since he cashed our checks. We are currently filing a lawsuit against him and a bond claim. Look elsewhere.

I had a very positive experience with this roofing company - we needed some tiles replaced at our landlords' house and we were responsible for doing it. I called around and they gave us the best quote, so we went with them. They were on time and charged us under the estimate, and did high quality work, which they guaranteed. There are other companies with this name in town - BE SURE YOU PICK THIS ONE. Also, though they are located in Malibu, they will travel anywhere in the area. They do tile, torch, shingle, slate, copper, repair copper gutters, edge metal, other types of repairs, sheet metal, roof insulations, and do insurance estimates too.
