We shopped around for a company to tent our home. We came across The Termite Guy and they stood out based off their reviews. They weren't the cheapest but their office was amazing. Nikki was on it from scheduling and follow through. Ultimately, we chose this company because of their warranty & Nikki answering all of my questions and making the process seamless. I definitely recommend!!

Super honest and easy to work with!!! Would recommend without hesitation!!! James McCall was my inspector. At first he comes off as a silly/funny guy but he takes his job seriously and was direct and to the point without and bs. James was the perfect inspector for our situation.

The Termite guy was recommended to me by my previous pest control company who left the business. I called the Termite Guy and made the appointment for the pest control treatment by spraying around my house. They were very nice on the phone. However, the pest control guy ""Fernando Cortez"" when showed up, it was a shocking experience. He had no customer service skills whatsoever, very arrogant and had no interest in doing his job. He finished spraying in 5 to 7 minutes and at one point I asked him why he is in a rush to finish so fast. His answer - this is the way I work. He barely did some cleaning using the brush on the walls and just left. Total disaster and complete waste of $105 for 5 minutes service. Never ever use them and ask whether Fernando is coming to serve your property, then ask for someone else. I have never ever given 1 star to anyone but this company and Fernando earned it.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I just had my house tented for termites and I want to Highly Recommend The Termite Guy as they were very professional, caring and went above and beyond from beginning to end with follow-up and personal service! Steven the sales representative was very knowledgeable, informative and really cared as he texted me throughout the whole process and took an aerial photo (while tented) to show the progress. Nikki was extremely helpful, kind and professional also. I would highly recommend The Termite Guy.

I called the Termite Guy to inspect my office building (they previously did work on my home as well). They were able to get someone out the next day. I received the quote the following day. The price for tenting was fair & they gave me a 5 year warranty. Nikki scheduled everything and walked me through step by step. Dave oversaw the crew for the repairs & everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this company!

We had contacted the termite guy to get a quote a while back. We also got other quotes from other companies. Another company wanted us to tent the house, which we were trying to avoid. Life happened and we had to put it on hold for a while. When we were ready again we decided to contact the termite guy. They came out and checked to make sure we could still do a treatment instead of tenting.
They were able to get us a date for treatment that worked for us. The two guys that came out to do the job went above and beyond. You can tell they take their job seriously. They made sure to answer all of the questions we had. They were very professional and made sure to clean after themselves. The amount we paid was a lot less than what we would have paid if we tented the house. I will make sure to recommend this company.
