James provides Horrible service. Shows up to a job to inspect and talks his way into doing a full inspection. Did not remember the conversation that the home was tented prior.

Did not ask the realtor or for the renting receipt. After doing the inspection which home owner did not ask for he recommends another tenting for future buyer.

Horrible communication skills, we did not request a full inspection. Would not recommend using!!!

I know times are tough but don't squeeze your way into a job without speaking with homeowner and prior to approval by homeowner.

We hired this company to treat our house for termites prior to close of escrow.
They did $10,000.00+ worth of damage and we had to have a roofing company repair the damage. The response from The termite Guy was.... ""Well, You signed the waiver."" Check out Google review for pictures. I hope nobody else gets treated the way we did by The Termite Guy.
James and his entire staff seemed overwhelmed and seemed to be scrambling to keep things goin. Hopefully they fixed whatever the issues were but beware of this company. Added note.... The day after I posted my review I received a message from ""James"" (not sure if it's the same James listed as the principle for this Co.) His message ended with the words ""I'll find you soon.""
Hopefully this is just some nutbag and not the James that is affiliated with the company. Interesting though.

The workmen who came to repair my termite damaged wood were totally amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly, Mike and Alfredo were a pleasure to have working on my new home. I would be happy to be a reference for a positive recommendation for them if needed in the future.

I suspected that I may have termite under my kitchen sink. I asked around and a friend mine who is real Estate agent recommended the The Termite Guy. James Mccall came today for inspection. He was awesome. He inspected the area and assured me that i don't have termite, and there dead ants. He also gave me free recommendations regarding rate baits.
I was extremely impressed with his honest opinion. He is very friendly and with the same token very professional. I highly recommend him for any termite issues.

James Mccall is excellent! He expertly did a thorough examination of our place for termites. I would absolutely ask for him. The Termite Guy is an excellent company and I would absolutely hire them for all future needs. My hoa uses the Termite Guy so I decided to use them as well. He gave practical, great and most importantly, honest advice! He said the fungus/rot I had on my balcony was not an immediate worry and could stand to wait a few years to change. He even advised that the hoa may be able to pay for the treatment.

I am leaving a 5 star for Nikki, the Ofc manager, and will rate the company separately. We are currently selling our home and we ran into some issues during inspection for escrow w/regard to work we had done July 2021, by the wood department of this co prior to tenting our home. Because of it, I had to contact Nikki several times w/re to paperwork & the issues w/the buyers inspector & his claims. It was A LOT of back and forth, some areas out of her control. Yet, she still handled it. When most Ofc Mgrs. would get frustrated or make you feel like you were bothering over and over, she did not. She handled each call, email, and request, in a timely manner. She was always very apologetic, for all we were having to go through, even though it was not her apology to make. She was always very professional and quick w/responding to any and all requests. She never made me feel like I was a bother. Rather, she went above and beyond to get me anything and everything to clear our home for termites for escrow or to try and get the buyers inspector to retract some of his ""recommendations"" as he was incorrect in some of his findings as we had the reports to prove it. Nikki has been excellent and provides the customer service one should receive, but sadly, most companies staff do not provide.

I purchased a house in November and needed it inspected for termites and other pests. Called The Termite Guy and at the time they offered to inspect it for free! I took them up on their offer and they came out a couple of days later. Both guys, one for termites and one for pest control, inspected the house and surrounding grounds very throughly. The pest control guy did not find any signs of creepy crawlers, but the termite guy found quite a bit of termites and damage. He gave me a very reasonable estimate on tenting the house and repairing the wood. I scheduled them to come back a month later when the purchase of the house was completed and had them tent the place and repair the wood. Since then I have not found any trace of termites... or any pests for that matter! Thank you The Termite Guy for a fantastic and professional job! I will definitely be using them in the future when needed! I highly recommend The Termite Guy!

UPDATE: Forgot to add that I loved this company so much that I recently hired Fernando, the pest control guy, on for quarterly inspections and spraying. It was so easy to call, schedule and set up payment for it all. Fernando came over and took care of all of my concerns. He is extremely polite and very professional. One bonus thing that Fernando does, that no other pest control that I know of does, is deweb any visible spider webs. To me that is the cherry and sprinkles on top of his already amazing service. I might also add that he is quite reasonably priced. At the time of this posting I was quoted $99/bimonthly and $115/quarterly. I feel Fernando is completely worth his pricing and more. I cannot thank Fernando enough for his hard work! I highly recommend Fernando, The Pest Control Guy!!!
