I had an excellent experience with The Termite Guy. What is excellent about having termites and needing fumigation you ask? Well, I was not looking forward to the process. I wasn't feeling the whole inspection and bidding process. I was not looking forward to being out of the house for two nights. However, Steven made the process straightforward and reassuring. The inspection was thorough. He explained what he found and followed up with a report and a quote. I was able to work with his fantastic office staff on setting a date, obtaining neighbor consent (zero lot line property), and preparing for the fumigation. The team that came out to tent were efficient and professional. The tent take down was quick as well. Overall, I highly recommend. You are ready this review because you may have termites. I'm sorry to hear that (in SoCal it is not ""if"" but ""when"" due to our climate). But, you cannot go wrong with The Termite Guy!

I unfortunately had a massive wave of termites pour out of a couple walls of my house. I called The Termite Guy and within a few hours someone was out to assess the situation and explain the correct treatment. Thanks to Ariana for getting someone out fast, and Saul did a great job making sure the treatments were completely invisible. I haven't seen a single bug again yet so far so good.

A couple weeks later I talked to the neighbors who had a similar treatment done for the same subterranean termites. I guess there's a lot in the ground in my are. They used a a different company and paid nearly 50% more for the same work! I made a very good decision going with the Termite Guy, thanks guys for the good work and honest quote!

The individuals at The Termite Guy that we spoke to were very helpful and informative. Unfortunately, they subcontract out their fumigation work to Quality Pest Services. QPS is a company that we would not recommend. Their crew was unprofessional and displayed unacceptable behavior while tenting our home.
