I found this company on a Google or Yelp search when I was getting quotes for re-roofing my home. They were professional, courteous, and have me a fair quote. I ended up hiring them and happy I did. They did a fantastic job and even provided before, during, and after photos. Would highly recommend.

I called this company for an estimate on my roof. We scheduled an appointment for Friday 2/7 in the afternoon. Dave Page called me at 3:45 & said I'll be there in about 1/2 an hour. I said great. At 5:30 he still was not here so I called him because I was worried that there had been a problem. He said he was about 10 minutes away. So we went ahead with the estimate his excuse being he ran long with his previous customer. I understand that having been in the customer service industry for 20 years. I would have liked a courtesy call but did not get one. We told him we wanted to think about the proposal over the weekend and would call on Monday. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and decided to hire him and said so on his voice mail. He called back and said he would call me around 5:30 or 6:00 to make sure we would be home and come by to sign the contract. We got no call no text no communication what so ever. When someone is going to spend thousands of dollars with your company you should at least offer a courtesy call when you can't keep your commitment. Dave has twice proven him self unreliable which in my view is one of the most important qualities to look for in a contractor. So I will not hire this company to replace my roof. Buyer beware!

Reviews were impressive-responsive, friendly, etc.. All kinds of accolades as you scroll to the bottom of their site. They post their phone contact hours as 8 - 5. I called at 8 AM sharp and got their voicemail. So I call them-again-nearly one hour later sno call back. The nice woman who answered the phone, immediately, stated they were having their 'safety meeting.' No apology for why no call back-no reason provided as to why a caller would not be informed of this reason for not answering- their message states they are on the phone or helping other customers! Why would you not simply have your business hours as 9 to 5 if you can't answer a call sharply at 8 AM or advertise via your voice message your safety meeting- like we our out to lunch 12-1pm? She tells me they are a week and a half out-10 days out-to even provide an estimate or make an effort to prioritize according to potential severity of your leak. If you're having a problem now ... UPDATE-before I close the scheduler just called to re-enforce their busy schedule but they can come out on Thursday-at least it's not a 10 days- seems a current scheduling issue with roofers so for now I'll give them an opportunity, but we have another company that offered to send out someone to tarp the roof & provide credit towards the repair if we went with them.
UPDATE: Chris called to say he was going to come but had another stop which would make him more than an hour late for our appointment-we had dinner plans and had to leave before 6pm. He said he lived nearby and could be at our home by 8am or earlier. I explained that since my wife and I work from home for the same company-she starts at 8 & I at 8:30, that would be great! He arrived just after 8:15- Chris was nice, apologetic, but late. I would have liked more of his time to better explain our entire roof issue as we had the same leak issue on the other side of our house. The roof is supposed to be architectural and should not be having issues at 13 years. He left what seemed to be a reasonable estimate but we would need his expertise to challenge the insurance company's adjuster who said there was no roof damage!

They are SCAMMERS. NEVER hire them. Be WARNED!

Eight months after completion of the job, they have filed a lien and are demanding that we pay up or face garnishment notice served directly to my bank. THERE IS NO INVOICE PENDING!

They work in cahoots with a nefarious law firm who sue their customers to make extra money by harassment.

We hired this roofer to renew the roof on our property in Oct 2018. After initially quoting $5420, and starting the job halfway, they ceased working and demanded an extra payment to complete the work citing ""unforeseen expenses"". After a standoff for a few weeks, we relented and decided to pay the extra $850 they were demanding to complete the job. At the end, they send us a final invoice for $6270 which was paid in FULL. After cashing in the check, they decided to file a lien on our property and get their law firm to initiate legal proceeding for Garnishment of our bank account! ( Yeah, I did not know it was possible!) Now we are having to hire lawyers to defend our selves.

Please save your self the trouble and hire a different roofer. Absolute Scammers!

I had a great experience with the The Roofing Company of Tampa Bay who repaired my flat roof. They responded to my inquiry for an estimate before the other two companies I contacted. The estimate was fair market price. I'm a DIY guy and asked a ton of questions all of which were answered with patience. The work was completed on schedule and they even had to work around rains from tropical storm Barry. What really makes these guys stand out is the quick and attentive communication with the office staff. I plan to hire them for future work.

This is the best roofing company I have ever dealt with and actually one of the best companies over all that I have ever used. Their professionalism is unmatched as well as their honesty and great work. They're pricing is extremely reasonable. They did my mom's roof and some minor repairs on our roof. They do not try to sell you something that you don't need which is very rare these days it seems. They honor their quotes even if you don't get work done immediately and call them back several months later. They do not hike up their prices. Chris and his crew and the guys and girls in the office are extremely responsive and helpful. We know we will need a new roof in the next year or two and they are absolutely the ones that we will be calling! We highly recommend this roofing company.

Chris came out today to give us a quote. It was quite a bit lower than the quote/price we got from another company which is great. He gave us his honest opinion saying we do need to get a new roof but that there are things we could do ourselves to prolong the life of it until we have the money to replace it completely. We will definitely be using the roofing company in a few months when we go to put our house on the market, but for now I am grateful he told us how to fix it and what products to use in the meantime to prevent any further damage. This didn't start off well. The first repair appointment was a no-show. When I finally tracked him down he said it's family time on weekends and he shuts his phone off. I stated that the appointment was on a Monday. So, he knew on Friday he wasn't going to make it and still didn't bother to call. This is after I thoroughly explained that I was in the military, deploying, and needed to stay on schedule. They finally came out to make repairs. I was charged a higher/different price than Chris quoted me, so I spent several more days trying to get them to verify Chris had offered a military discount. The work was done, the bill was paid and now I have a leak. Chris denies any wrong doing, but his own employee that came out told me that there was damage that should've been caught on initial inspection. Chris got very defensive when I told him that and said that if the damage was so obvious, why didn't I point it out to him. I said, well, that is what I paid you for. To inspect, tell me what needs to be fixed, and repair. He told me to prove that the damage was there when he inspected. I said, you should talk to your employee, because he was the one who told me it was missed and that damage like that doesn't happen overnight. He said he needed to go as ""he has a life too"", and was going on vacation the following day. He took my money, I now have a leak/problem and he isn't willing to do anything about it. This was a horrible experience.

The Roofing Company came out to our house and inspected the roof. He was both honest and thorough in his assessment, very knowledgeable. He gave one of the lowest estimates. We trusted in the Roofing Company and never hesitated. I strongly recommend them. Very professional!!
