I contacted these guys as a last resort and I am absolutely ecstatic about the experience.

I was having a less than desirable time dealing with the original company who installed my new roof less than a year ago. I had such a horrible time dealing with them that I turned to The Roofing Company for some help.

From the beginning their customer service was amazing! Jeff came out to take a look at my roof. He let me vent to him about my previous experience with the original company. Jeff was more than happy to help. He was patient, thorough, and explained everything so well.

I would trust these guys with my roof any day! Thanks again Jeff!

The Roofing Company just finished installation of a new shingle roof and it looks amazing.
Matt the owner and Dakota were great guys to deal with and their staff were great hard working guys, started work early and finished late and got the job done quickly.
The price was competitive too.
We had a few minor hiccups that were easily rectified, Matt and Dakota were quick to sort them out.
I would highly recommend ""The Roofing Company"" their work is exceptional they are attentive to customers needs and easy to deal with.
Our roof is large and intricate but they nailed it, ""pardon the pun""
They were happy to provide recommendations for other specialized contractors too, which will be valuable to me.

We got 3 estimates and one that never sent his estimate. The roofing company came in with the best price and reasonable wait time. We got bumped due to rain and pushed up two days but they sowed up on time and had our roof complete before the end of the day.
We have had to repair/replace a lot on our house this year and just getting people to call you back has been trying. Estimates have been all over the place and no shows numerous. It was so nice doing business with a company that shows great integrity and charges a fair price.

I have nothing but positive to say about this place, and have went on to recommend them to anyone who even mentions needing a roof. From start to finish it went smoothly, even through Covid times where there were supply issues, we made it through. The guys who did the work were so quick and had everything done in two days. They even made sure to triple sweep the yard when I asked to make sure they got all nails bc we have dogs. They covered everything around the house including our tortoises area. They were so neat during the whole process. And now our roof looks beautiful!

Have been a customer for past 6 years from patch work to doing a complete reroof a few weeks ago. The team that did the roof is extremely professional and courtesy. I have been a State Farm agent 42 years and am also a Vietnam vet. I paid The Roofing Company $49K for a CertainTeed Grand Manor roof. The roof was fine, however, what happened next defies belief. One of the employees failed to put down 3/4 inch plywood on my driveway and when he towed his trailer onto it, he caused pavers to separate and needed repairs. Mr. Lentz was adamant about bringing his own contractor out to do repairs. When I got the estimate it was for $950. Mr. Lentz called me later that day and stated the quote was ""egregious."" I learned much later that this was misrepresented as the real quote was for $2700 and was never sent to me. I sent Mr. Lentz, owner of business, several quotes of my own which he ignored for almost a week. Then he called me and persuaded me to bring in another of his contractors who quoted $400, all the while concealing the fact that he had in his possession his 1st contractor's quote for $2700. I learned what happened by querying the 1st contractor as to why he didn't send me the $2700 quote. He stated that Mr. Lentz requested the quote be sent only to him as he was paying and to send me the $950 quote which turned out to be for other parts of the driveway which were also damaged by the trailer, causing those pavers and borders to also separate. I have retained all emails and quotes. I have also reported these ""misrepresentations"" to The Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commi-
sion, the Pinellas County Consumer Protection, and sent them documentation to support my claims. Last of all, when I initially reported the damage to pavers to Mr. Lentz, he explained that his business policy might not even cover my damage. He did not, as he stated in other forums, graciously agree to have $3000 held aside to cover the damage. Based on that exchange, I offered to pay Mr. Lentz $46000 on the condition that he deliver to me a signed and notarized ""contract addendum"" that $3000 be held back until we agreed on a price. In all my years of having my own insurance agency with highly skilled and licensed team members and having witnessed thousands of roof
claims, never have I seen a chain of events that remotely resemble this. Hire this company at your own peril.

I found this company on a Google or Yelp search when I was getting quotes for re-roofing my home. They were professional, courteous, and have me a fair quote. I ended up hiring them and happy I did. They did a fantastic job and even provided before, during, and after photos. Would highly recommend.

Great service! Honest and trustworthy company! Chris the owner came out to give an estimate, he took his time to explain in detail issues and recommending options. Pricing was more then competitive with higher quality.

I called this company for an estimate on my roof. We scheduled an appointment for Friday 2/7 in the afternoon. Dave Page called me at 3:45 & said I'll be there in about 1/2 an hour. I said great. At 5:30 he still was not here so I called him because I was worried that there had been a problem. He said he was about 10 minutes away. So we went ahead with the estimate his excuse being he ran long with his previous customer. I understand that having been in the customer service industry for 20 years. I would have liked a courtesy call but did not get one. We told him we wanted to think about the proposal over the weekend and would call on Monday. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and decided to hire him and said so on his voice mail. He called back and said he would call me around 5:30 or 6:00 to make sure we would be home and come by to sign the contract. We got no call no text no communication what so ever. When someone is going to spend thousands of dollars with your company you should at least offer a courtesy call when you can't keep your commitment. Dave has twice proven him self unreliable which in my view is one of the most important qualities to look for in a contractor. So I will not hire this company to replace my roof. Buyer beware!
