Our home developed a leak and Francisco came out to evaluate it. He went into the attic and showed me photos from inside. I then watched as he flew a drone over the home to show me the areas that needed to be repaired. I felt that he was thorough and trustworthy. He returned the next day to make the repairs and walked me through what he did. He did not try to sell me more services. He told me that the roof looks good and it needed some TLC.

The high winds damaged our roof and we had a few contractors come out for estimates. Francisco was by far the most professional, genuine and knowledgeable one to come out. He did not try to upsell us, only offered services he believed we needed and provided tips on how to care for our roof. He did the repairs for a very fair price. Our roof is back to normal as if nothing ever happened. We can't recommend Francisco and The Roofing Company enough!

Francisco was fantastic! He was detailed on telling us all the issues with our roof and gave plenty of information on where our roof was good and did not need any repairs and what he could do to lower our costs. He's very professional and uses drones and satellite imaging to get a perfect view of our roof. What could I say this man is the best! Good prices and honorable! Process went easy and no hassle. Was on time and very friendly. Francisco knows his stuff and clean after himself. I got quotes from other vendors and they're where exaggerated for what I needed. Francisco was upfront with the prices and no bait and switch. Hire this man you will not be disappointed. Needed to replace my old roof that had a leak. I shopped around and found this company offered what I think is a fair price and I didnt feel like I was being pressured at all compared to others who asked for a ridiculous amount and wanted a deal on the spot. I can say that communicating with them was easy and they did really well in dealing with the issues I had. The project was 3 years ago and I found no issues with their work so this is a time tested review. Now I had solar panel installation that made a leak on my roof so I needed their help once again and as usual they did a good job and I feel at ease that I know I'm not being overcharged with them.
