I contacted Dwight to review a leaked in our roof. I ended up not contracting him for other reasons. That said, I was pleasantly surprise by his professionalism. First I have to call out great communication: in the first visit he ran into problems that delayed him from getting to my home. He let me know in advanced and later showed up as promised. This already tells me he is very responsible.
Second: he explained very clearly what needed to be done and detailed the same in his quote/proposal, plus offering extended warranty (2 years vs 1 year that you typically get for this service)
All in all very happy with the interaction and I hope we can do business in the future should I need help with my roof again.

After many roofers looking at the leak in our roof, we picked Dwight.
Just about every roofer before him threw numbers in the air, asked for big deposits, rushed us to decide with little explanation of what's going on with the roof.
When Dwight came, he inspected the roof, showed us pictures & explained what he thinks is going on with the leak.
His price was one of the lowest and once agreed he started the work quickly.
As he was working on the roof, he texted me pictures showing the progress and internal damage.
He took the extra time to do the work properly and gave us a 2 year warranty on the work.
I was able to pay with a credit card using square and Dwight did excellent work.
The roof looks great, leak is gone & Dwight made sure to clean up all of the debris from the repairs.
I highly recommend Dwight and we will refer him to friends & family.
An honest professional roofer is hard to come by.

When it comes to all things roofing, we confidently recommend Dwight.

During his free estimate, he not only identified the reason for our roof leak (faulty flashing), but also found another problem with an improperly sealed lead pipe.

His quote was reasonable with the 10% discount and the invoice he emailed us to review included pictures of the problem along with clearly worded descriptions of how he would fix it and the products he would use.

As an added bonus, he said he would fix the improperly sealed lead pipe for no extra charge.

A few days later, he arrived at our house right on time and fixed the roof and pipe.

That night we had a heavy rain (~5.25""), and the roof didn't leak!

He emailed us the updated invoice with pictures showing the process and the finished job and said he would come back in a couple weeks to add a layer of silicon he has on hand rather than let it go to waste.

Dwight was a pleasure to work with, highly recommend. We will call him again should anything else happen to our roof.

UPDATE: we contacted Dwight after a couple weeks about adding the layer of silicon he mentioned, but he said the bucket he had in mind had already hardened and that he would keep us in mind the next time he buys another bucket of silicon. We thanked him for promptly getting back to us and greatly appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond what we paid him for :)

I had a leak in my bathroom. When I saw Dwight working on my neighbor's I asked him to check. He was very polite and and professional. He checked right after finishing at my neighbor's and told me what the problem was. The next day he followed up with an estimate that was competitive and reasonable. Not only did he show up to make the repairs when he said he would, but he demonstrated his integrity by providing me with pictures of what was done and the finished product. I was even more impressed when he called several days later to check that everything was ok with his work. I have lost thousands of dollars because contractors not only did unsatisfactory work (mostly through their negligence) but didn't return to remedy their work when I notified them. Dwight's commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction is like a breath of fresh air here in Florida where this very lacking.

I have been a Florida homeowner for more than 30 years, and have experienced my share of roof problems. I recently noticed a leak and put out a blast to all the roofers on yelp. Dwight was the first to respond, and after giving me a reasonable estimate, he not only completed the repair, but took care of some other potential problems as well. He and his crew showed up with everything they needed, including a tall ladder for my high roof. I found them to be proficient, fast, and thorough. they cleaned up carefully afterwards, and the invoice was complete with pictures and descriptions of everything. Highly recommended.

I found Dwight to be very responsive to texts and emails, an issue with most contractors in south Florida. He was able to diagnose the issue and clearly explained what he would do to resolve. His price was more than fair and reasonable. He came when he said he would, another issue for area contractors, and kept me informed, with pictures and explanations, and completed the job. I hired a handyman to fix the leak on the roof which was a waste of money. Because he didn't fix correctly.

So I found Dwright on google and requested an estimate. He showed up on time and gave me reasonable price. Before I called him. I got few estimates. Dwright is very knowledgeable about the roof and knows how to fix the problem for the best price. He explained what the problem was and how he is going to fix.
