My neighbor and I share a roof in the H section of Rohnert Park and we both agreed that our roof was old and deteriorating and we agreed each pay half for anew roof. We chose The Roofer since no other roofing company responded to our calls. What we got was someone who efficient, honest and hard working. He had the old roof off and the new roof on in a week and a half. Any problems that were not seen in the initial inspection was brought to our attention and dealt with immediately. The new roof look great! The cost was very favorable. Because my neighbor and I live in two different residences and share one roof we split the cost and we each received a contract for our homes. I did run into a minor snag securing payment The Roofer was very willing to work with me. Absolutely 5 stars. Highly recommended for your roofing needs,

I recently hired The Roofer to replace the roof on my residence. I had a very good experience with them.

The owner, Bryan, was very involved in the project and was on site most of the time. They worked quickly and efficiently. The workers cleaned up after themselves after each work day.

My review really just echoes what everyone else says. Bryan is very reliable, competitively priced and a super nice guy. We also asked for references and were given a huge stack that we picked from at random and everyone we spoke to was very happy with the service they received - and so were we. We've used him 3 times now and he is great.

Bryan and his team helped me after the storm of Dec 2014; he and his crew were in my area after the storm, looked at my landing ( in Mountain Shadows Square), and gave me a quote. I shopped around, and he had the best quote, and was insured!! Most independent companies are not insured, and this was a huge selling point! After a couple other quotes, I decided to go with Bryan and his team. Oh ya, another awesome selling point, is he actually calls you back, and does not blow you off!

Bryan and his crew recently put a new roof, eves and repaired the gutters on our home. I knew he'd be great because my sister, who is an architected, used him on some top end projects. Needless to say, he came through once again. After giving me a very competitive quote, he made some recommendations for a few changes which made all of the difference in the world. Brian communicated everything clearly. He ventilated the new roof thoroughly so our home now smells clean. No more eau d'mildew! It looks beautiful, has held up to high winds and rain that we get off the mountain; no surprise.

Bryan was on the job from beginning to end working right along with his crew. I couldn't believe how hard and fast they worked to beat our last rain storm. His crew was meticulous with the landscape, which included mature plants along side the house and an orchid collection in spike. Nothing was damaged and everything was cleaned up so the dogs wouldn't get hurt or sick chewing the little pieces that fell.

Our 20-year old wood shake roof needed replacement. Bryan and his crew came through on-time and at the agreed-upon price. The new roof is composite, so all new plywood had to be installed along with new gutters and downspouts. Bryan and his crew were clean and on-time. Replacing a roof is messy, but they did their best to minimize debris and cleaned up as they went along. The roof looks great and we are ready for the rain (just not too soon).

Bryan was referred to us by my boss who is pretty picky. If he speaks highly of someone they must be good. So we had him give us an estimate and he came to our house when he said he would and explained to us, in detail, what was wrong with our roof and what he would do if he replaced it. We owed it to ourselves to get a couple of other estimates and Bryan agreed that we should. It was hard to find anyone that would call back promptly to give us another but finally they all came on the same Thursday. I then called about four references of Bryan's and after hearing from them what a good guy he was and the great jobs he did I didn't wait for the other estimates to come in the mail. I called Bryan and he started on Monday He showed up at the time he said (unlike most contractors we have dealt with). It is now Tues. night and besides the beautiful new roof and gutters you can't tell anyone was doing that messy of a job at our home. Today now that the roof is done we received two estimates in the mail that were both 2,500.00 - 3,800.00 dollars more than Bryan's and using a lighter weight tar paper and unknown costs for dry rot/ etc. If anyone were to ask us if we know of a roofer, we would highly recommend Bryan without a doubt. Even our neighbors are commenting on the clean and fast job Bryan and his crew did. I am a firm believer that actions speak louder than words and Bryan's actions were very loud and clear.
