We hired The Roofer (Rohnert Park 707-280-6758) this week. Thank goodness we did. We needed overdue roof maintenance & dry rot repair. We also had gutter screens installed which were much needed. We have so many large trees in our neighborhood. Too many leaves for us to handle. We delayed maintenance because of covid restrictions over the last 2+ years. After lots of rain this last weekend, we are relieved to get these repairs done. We wish all of the professionals we hired were as experienced, hardworking, & conscientious as The Roofer (Bryan) and his crew. We were so lucky The Roofer was able to find time for our 2-day project. Top-Quality work, reasonable prices, & great customer service & care makes this a 5 Star review. It was earned and well-deserved.

We had a contractor that was building an addition for us and they spent 5 solid weeks full-time working to integrate a new roof into the previous roof of our home that was built in 2018. Their so called work led to 3 major leaks, including one that flooded our master bedroom. Not much fun waking up at 2:30am and stepping into an inch of water around our bed. ARRGH!!!
The Roofer came in, tearing down all the previous done crap work and doing it correctly in about a week, right on schedule and right on budget. The roof looks great and the best part is that it rained very hard last night and today and we have Zero Leaks!! Get the Best, Hire The Roofer!! I highly recommend it!!

Bryan The Roofer was fantastic!

After trying to get roofers to my place for 8 months, I found Bryan, The Roofer. He came out a few days later, prepared a quote and we were off to the races. I'm not kidding when I say he sent a contract and was on the job in less than 5 days. His team completed the job 4 days later at a cost 30% less than other roofers quoted. After 8 months, the job was completed start to finish in 8 days.

This guy is the worst. A scam artist. Honestly, he should lose his license based on the the work he did on our house. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau about him. He came out to our house to do a roof inspection (which is supposed to be free) and then he started doing repairs on a skylight leak without our authorization, but he didn't even fix the leak! Charged us $375 for probably 15 minutes of repair work that, again, DIDN'T fix the problem. When I called him to tell him the roof is still leaking from the exact same spot, he said he would be happy to come out and charge us a minimum of another $375 to look at it again. The guy is a dishonest fellow, unprofessional, poor communicator, and honestly feels like he stole $375 from us. Stay away from this roofer.

Brian and his crew were great. When they were called he came out as scheduled for an estimate. He was uncertain as to the extent of the damage of the roof under the shingles. He gave us a quote to include sheathing for the whole roof and another for just the bad spots. Most of the roof was still in good shape but he and his men replaced the plywood that wasn't and replaced and sistered any trusses that were bad. They were prompt, courteous, and on budget. I would certainly recommend them to a friend!

We hired The Roofer in Nov 2019. I could have sworn I left a detailed Yelp review shortly after they finished-but, I see it did not post. I am glad I caught this today. You
do not have to look any further for a Sonoma County roofer- Bryan and his employees are truly the best. We got several estimates and we were getting close to the rainy season. As a matter of fact, it rained a few days after they finished. Bryan gave us the best estimate and best professional results. We wanted a top-notch ""green"" roof and we are so very pleased with the results. This was a very hard-working & prompt crew who cleaned-up at the end of each day. My neighbor and I share a roof in the H section of Rohnert Park and we both agreed that our roof was old and deteriorating and we agreed each pay half for anew roof. We chose The Roofer since no other roofing company responded to our calls. What we got was someone who efficient, honest and hard working. He had the old roof off and the new roof on in a week and a half. Any problems that were not seen in the initial inspection was brought to our attention and dealt with immediately. The new roof look great! The cost was very favorable. Because my neighbor and I live in two different residences and share one roof we split the cost and we each received a contract for our homes. I did run into a minor snag securing payment The Roofer was very willing to work with me. Absolutely 5 stars. Highly recommended for your roofing needs,

I recently hired The Roofer to replace the roof on my residence. I had a very good experience with them.

The owner, Bryan, was very involved in the project and was on site most of the time. They worked quickly and efficiently. The workers cleaned up after themselves after each work day.
