Not good . it was a big pain scheduling an appointment but a guy did finally come out and look at the roof months ago I have called multiple times to find out what he saw and to get it fixed but no call back I just called again just now today to find out and no one knows . The rain is coming Tommorow and they say they can look at it again in 4 days when the rain stops . Not sure how they stay in business.

Alberto and his crew were amazing! They cleaned up every day and showed up on time. They even helped me move a crib upstairs! The roof looked amazing when it was done and they replaced everything and didn't cut corners. Jhonny responded quickly to all my concerns and questions and I feel they were very fair priced.

Excellent company with prompt and professional service. Jhonny Martinez came over, looked at the problem and proposed a fix for a leak in my roof. I opted to do a general tune-up at the same time to replace missing and broken tiles. He and his support team were super-responsive as the job was scheduled and completed, with everything tracked and documented online. The workers did an excellent job, everything on time, at reasonable cost, and great workmanship. Highly recommended !

This company is top notch. Helped me out with a roof leak during the corona virus shutdown. The work crew (Angel, Angel Jr) that showed up were real pros! These guys took before and after pics, and kept me in the loop the entire time.
These guys had the best price and worked with me when I had to change the parameters of the job a week before the scheduled start date.

I'd recommend these guys all day long!

We had a leak in our roof that project manager Jhonny came and looked at for us. He was very thorough with his walk through. He showed us pictures of what needed to be repaired as well as a few broken tiles that needed repair too. Diana was very responsive and easy to work with and made sure to get in contact with me every step of the way! The two workers the angels, showed up on time and worked diligently on the repairs. Would definitely recommend, and use in the future!

From our initial meeting with Doug, the Project Manager, whose drone filming gave us a clear and complete idea of what work needed to be accomplished, to the ""two Angels"" who arrived on date and on time to do the repairs and the required building-code cut to a very steep-pitched roof section, our experience with Roof Masters was exceptionally productive.
The professionalism of the roofing team (the two Angels!) included the patient answering of questions, excellent clean-up, and a very apparent customer-service orientation. The quote was exact and there were no suggestions for extras or changes to the defined work. It is less than usual to receive this kind of service from contractors; Roof Masters proves that customer service is still a valid way to do business. i highly recommend them to anyone with a roof that needs attention!

These guys were great. Came when they said they would and customer service was excellent. Easy quote (with photos) scheduled time, and work completion (with photos) provided via email.

Only inconvenience is that if you pay by debit or credit there's an additional charge, so pay cash or check. Really a small inconvenience compared to the excellent service.

After calling around different companies and getting estimates from some and never heard back from other companies, we decided to go with The Roof Masters because of Johnny Martinez customer services, he is a great project manager.

The crew of the Angels (father and son) did a clean and quality job.

We are so happy with our new roofing and we even got a new vent green machine for free!
