My roof was leaking. I called around and got a few quotes. Roof masters had a great price and the estimator, Beto, was professional and gave me an honest evaluation of repair vs reroof.

I ended up going with a reroof. The quote upfront explained all of the potential issues that we may encounter during the process and costs.

The roofers had the job done in 1.5 days. They were friendly and kept me informed throughout the process.

My roof now looks amazing and it comes with an awesome warranty. Office staff was also great, so you can tell this business is a well oiled machine as a whole.

We have given this company multiple opportunities to fix the issue that supposed they fixed the first time they cam eout over a year ago. Again the same leak in the same location and all they did was add some black glue on the problem. They have yet to come back and fix or check on the issue. They have canceled on us multiple times with excuse after excuse. Of course the first time they came they were responsive but after the issue was not fixed and they received money, we can't seem to get ahold of them to complete the job. I hate leaving bad reviews but what I hate even more then that is people taking my money and not doing rhe job they were paid for. It's been over a month since the second leak has happen and nothing have been solved. Save your money and find another company

I went back and forth with several roofers for a roof leak. I was initally very impressed with The Roof Masters responsiveness, professionalism, and overall in depth presentation of the compromised areas and work needing to be done. Doug and the crew went above beyond my expectations. I am very pleased with the work that was done. We already have had rain since the roof repair and no leaks. We began having leaks under our solar installation (installed by another company) last year. That company was unresponsive and unhelpful. Someone from the Roof Masters came out and immediately pinpointed the problems. They gave me a quote but given the age of most of the roof, a patch job would have only kicked the can down the road another few years so they coordinated a full solar removal, re-roof, and reinstall of the system (we have 40 panels so it wasn't a small task). Everyone that I spoke with and worked on the project was helpful and professional. I'm appreciative of the great work they did and the peace of mind that comes with a new roof, warranty, and knowing the solar is installed the way it should have been from day one.

We had a great experience having the tiles lifted and the underlayment replaced by The Roof Masters! The came out quickly for a quote and I appreciated that they respected our time. We had a crunched time line because we were half way through solar panel installation when we realized it needed to be done, and wanted to get back on track as soon as possible. Their quote was reasonable and the crew was very professional and respectful or the property, particularly when cleaning up after the end of each day. Jhonny was a great communicator as project manager and effectively got the project done quickly, even got the installation moved up and shortened to get everything done before the upcoming rain storm!

I called 3 companies for a quote on replacing my shingle roof. Roof Masters fell right in the middle. I choose them because they were detailed and professional in their quote. Working with Jhonny and Annuar and their crew was very reassuring, and answered every question I had. They were here Friday, Saturday and Sunday, trying to beat the rain and cleaned up each day.
