Excellent company with prompt and professional service. Jhonny Martinez came over, looked at the problem and proposed a fix for a leak in my roof. I opted to do a general tune-up at the same time to replace missing and broken tiles. He and his support team were super-responsive as the job was scheduled and completed, with everything tracked and documented online. The workers did an excellent job, everything on time, at reasonable cost, and great workmanship. Highly recommended !

This company is top notch. Helped me out with a roof leak during the corona virus shutdown. The work crew (Angel, Angel Jr) that showed up were real pros! These guys took before and after pics, and kept me in the loop the entire time.
These guys had the best price and worked with me when I had to change the parameters of the job a week before the scheduled start date.

We had a leak in our roof that project manager Jhonny came and looked at for us. He was very thorough with his walk through. He showed us pictures of what needed to be repaired as well as a few broken tiles that needed repair too. Diana was very responsive and easy to work with and made sure to get in contact with me every step of the way! The two workers the angels, showed up on time and worked diligently on the repairs. Would definitely recommend, and use in the future!

From our initial meeting with Doug, the Project Manager, whose drone filming gave us a clear and complete idea of what work needed to be accomplished, to the ""two Angels"" who arrived on date and on time to do the repairs and the required building-code cut to a very steep-pitched roof section, our experience with Roof Masters was exceptionally productive.
The professionalism of the roofing team (the two Angels!) included the patient answering of questions, excellent clean-up, and a very apparent customer-service orientation. The quote was exact and there were no suggestions for extras or changes to the defined work. It is less than usual to receive this kind of service from contractors; Roof Masters proves that customer service is still a valid way to do business. i highly recommend them to anyone with a roof that needs attention!

These guys were great. Came when they said they would and customer service was excellent. Easy quote (with photos) scheduled time, and work completion (with photos) provided via email.

Only inconvenience is that if you pay by debit or credit there's an additional charge, so pay cash or check. Really a small inconvenience compared to the excellent service.

The crew of the Angels (father and son) did a clean and quality job.

Everyone from the Roof Masters team has been the best! I initially had them quote for a couple of leaks. The recent heavy rains showed me that I had many more leaks. So I had them redo my entire roof. They pulled up the tiles, stripped off the old tar paper, removed and replaced rotten wood, fixed some weird roof angles and drainage then laid down a synthetic underlayment, installed the old tiles and replaced some that were broken. I can't even tell which are the new tiles.

The crew kept the site clean throughout the entire process. I have only found a couple of nails on top of the bushes. Wonderful workmanship.

They also installed a few additional vents to help keep the house cooler. Now I have a roof that not only looks great but does not leak!

Weather delays did occur but that was Mother Nature at work.

I used The Roof Masters to fix a leak on my roof. They sent someone out to inspect my roof and provide me with a detailed description of the problem with pictures. The flashing and underlay on the roof was causing a gap to allow water in the house.

Roof Masters removed 720 tiles, replaced any wood damage, replaced the underlay with titanium underlay, replaced the tiles and fixed the flashing. I couldn't be any happier with the finished product. My roof looks better than when the house was built. I wish builders would provide this quality when building homes.

The cost of the repair was fair and comes with a 5 year warranty. I definitely recommend The Roof Masters.
