I got four estimates and as you know Roofs are very expensive. The Roof Masters was the last estimate I received. Jhonny who came to my home was wonderful every step of the way. The crew where fantastic. They said that the job would take four to five days but they finished in three. I can see why they finished so quickly the crew started working at 8am to 5pm everyday. They kept us informed every step of the way. They also sent us before photos and after photos. I also want to mention that the office team are also nice and very helpful. I had a wonderful experience with The Roof Masters. I would definitely recommend The Roof Masters. Thank you for a wonderful job.

We just had our roof replaced by Roof Masters. This is a very well run company, professional, friendly, and do excellent work! Rigo came and gave us a quote, he was very easy to work with, explained everything very well. One of the many good things with this company is that there are no hidden costs! What a joy. They had a big crew that was very efficient, cleaned up their mess and just got the work done, no drama. The project manager Alberto was very conscientious and made sure to give me his cell phone number for any questions/issues. Anwar who was the on-site manager was also excellent. I had to reschedule several times because the termite company kept changing things. The gals in the office were equally good (Diana, Claudia and Gaby). As you can tell I can not say enough positive things about our experience - from start to finish it was all excellent. Too bad you only need a new roof every 30 years, I'll just have to pass on the good word to everyone I hear mention the word ""new roof"".

Fabulous from start to finish. Project Manager Jhonny was very professional and understood exactly what we needed done on our roof. The workers showed up and when it looked like help was needed to finish our project in one day they made it happen. The office personnel were professional, polite, and helpful.

I'm extremely disappointed in this company. I saw the great reviews and decided to call them for an estimate on a roof repair....I called to set up the appointment and they answered right away....we set up for two weeks out on a Friday. With over a week to go they called to reschedule as the technician that was coming out was now going on vacation they asked if they could push it out and reschedule...I agreed and we changed it to that Sunday at 8:30AM....then I received another call three days prior to my rescheduled appointment to see if they could move it out just a few hours.....I have a leak on my roof and it's been incredibly rainy (right now it's raining!) and I cannot take a chance on a company when each time I hear from them they push my day or time out. It's too bad because I was going to ask for a complete re-roof....this is why you don't do this to people.
I will be totally honest and tell you that when I told them never mind I can't keep doing this (rescheduling - as my leak continues to get worse) they then said oh never mind then we will come out when we said....I just said forget it....I can't trust that they will follow through. I always keep my scheduled appointments as I am also in sales...it's the most important way to build that initial trust when starting a good working relationship.

We chose Roof Masters over others due to their competitive quote. Unfortunately, we had many issues throughout the entire process that included poor communication, quoting, professionalism, and cleanliness. Due to an improperly done quote, they tried to charge us an extra ~$4k for side roofs that they said were not included and an extra ~$5k for rafter work. However after some discussion/debate it was determined that the side roofs were in fact included in the original quote, but 3 ""squares"" were missed ($500 extra). Initially we agreed to have 8 rotted rafters replaced at $250/each, but then we were told that the wood sitting on top of the rafters was different than they thought which would be an additional $5k. Again, after further deliberation we decided to only have the rafter tips replaced by a subcontractor they frequently use. Next, there was decorative tile that had not been put back on until I caught it during a routine walkaround. We were never told that they wouldn't be putting back on, so we requested they do so. During the work there was garbage just thrown over the roof to the ground, covering the walkways and front lawn. The work was supposed to take about ~4 days, but took about 10 days due to all of the issues encountered. After the work was complete, the city failed our fist inspection due to lack of communicating to us that we had to unlock back gates to access the side roofs. Although we had many issues, the work itself seems good which is why it isn't a 1 star review. What really struck us the most was that I caught the workers DRINKING ON THE JOB. We even found an empty beer bottle left behind with other trash. I informed the project manager about it and was informed that it was not the first time it had happened. All of this was completely unacceptable. And to top it all off, I was offered a $500 refund TO NOT WRITE THIS REVIEW. It's unfortunate that we ran into so many problems, but at least the project manager was really nice. If you choose to go with this company, make sure to get the quote done thoroughly and make sure to go through every detail up front. Hope this helps you make a more informed decision. Good luck.

What started as a request to replace some tiles that slid out of place turned into a whole roof tune up. Original builders skimped out and there was lots of damage under the tiles. Quote was reasonable so we went with The Roof Masters. As soon as we signed the work order, they were out to cover up the damage before one of our winter storms hit. Was very happy to have our roof protected before the work started!Quality of the job is excellent, and they have a 20 year warranty on their work. Total price was inline with the quote. They did a pretty good job cleaning up, but there were a few nails left behind (they rolled up next to our trash cans, so we didn't see them until we moved the cans out for trash day), but overall very clean.

One minor suggestion to the final invoice instructions. I think it would be helpful to add that the final payment should be given to your project manager at the final walkthrough or mailed in if no walkthrough is held. We had a minor hiccup with our final payment, but it was sorted out quickly, so no big deal. Overall we're very happy with the job and I would recommend The Roof Masters to friends.

What a mess! This review is based on the mess that was created and left, not so much the quality of the roof.

Now I know getting a new roof is messy, but shouldn't a roof company be prepared for the mess? Lay down tarps? Cover up things inside the garage? We were not warned about the mess that would be created inside our garage. All of our belongings in the rafters were filled with asphalt. My washer and dryer, which were closed, had asphalt in them and my children's toys. Outside I found about 20 nails in our backyard (we have small children) roof asphalt everywhere, all in our artificial turf and old roof shingles dispersed throughout. I feel like they just blew around the asphalt to spread it out and they didn't really clean it up.

They did work quickly and were done with the roof in 3 days, which was nice, but I would have like to been warned about the mess inside the garage and also have them clean up the mess better. I have been spending my thanksgiving break cleaning up a little everyday.

Look no further if you are looking for the best!
This company is for you if quality, materials and warranty is more important than saving a few dollars on something as important as your roof. The job on my house went smoothly from beginning to end. From the sale representative taking his time to explain the job to include materials used along with the great warranty they have to back their work. Even the owners Rudy and Rosa showed up on the first day to ensure everything is going well on the job and to see if I had any questions or concerns. The workers on the job were always friendly, courteous and worked hard on even the hottest of days, along with Saturday and Sunday to finish the job quickly as possible. Finally, I was amazed that they were willing to work with me by not tiling a section of my roof that I would allow me to paint a portion of my house that would be impossible to do if the tile laid down, then coming back day or two later to finish the work that needed to be done.
You really don't need to take the time and effort to go out and get two or three quotes because I already did the work for you and now know that they can't be beat.
