Alberto, Beto, & their team did a fantastic job with our re-roof. They completed the project ahead of schedule and the quality of the roof exceeded our expectations. We were particularly happy that the team thoroughly cleaned up our entire property front & back after the project. Alberto even came back a few days later to answer some of our follow-up questions. Roof Masters installed our roof in two days. We are so thrilled with our beautiful new roof. I got four estimates before deciding. From the beginning when meeting Rigo the Project Manager he was able to give me an estimate on the spot. I decided that week to go ahead and proceed based on looking on line and seeing how their company started in the garage. I got a good vibe from Rigo he was very professional and easy going. Diana assisted me with scheduling a date and I spoke with Elida and Molly during the process as well. They are all so polite and professional. Last I had the pleasure of meeting Pedro the foreman who oversaw the installation. This team came fully prepared and tore off our existing roof and put in a beautiful one. In my contingency period to purchase a home with last date being 02.24.2020. I set a roof inspection with Roof Masters on 02.18.2020 and confirmed they will be able to come out and complete the inspection and emphasized 02.24.2020 was my last date. Roof Masters informed me it would not be an issue and would be on time. Here we are on 02.24.2020 and I get an email 1 hour before my appointment that they need to reschedule due to health issues of the assigned roof inspector. It was bad enough that they waited to the last minute to cancel on me, but my biggest issue with Roof Masters was the dishonesty. I called Roof Masters and asked why I was getting an email one hour before my appointment time. The woman who answered lied and stated they had called me on Friday 2.21.2020 and today, 02.24.2020 and left me messages to reschedule. That is a definite lie because I never received a call on either Friday or 2.24.2020. In fact, if they had called me on Friday why would the email sent to me on 02.24
2020 one hour before state ""Our sincerest apologies for the late notification. Unfortunately, we will have to reschedule your appointment which is scheduled for today we did try calling and left you a voicemail to reschedule. Our project manager is out for the whole week due to health reasons."" Don't lie and say you contacted me on the Friday before when you are clearly just contacting me the day of one hour before an appointment. If you knew you had to reschedule the Friday before then why didn't you email me on Friday as well?
Very dishonest and unprofessional business.
I'll wait for the likely continued lies from this business when they respond to my honest review of facts.

Doug is very friendly and willing to spend time checking everything making sure we are taken good care of. He also provided good info for the roof maintaining. Their project minimum is $895. Although we didn't go with them because of the small repair we need is below their minimum, we are impressed by their honesty and warmth. I strongly recommend them if a complete roof job is needed.

I selected this business before some of these lower reviews were written. To be honest, their current rating probably would have driven me away. However, I had a very good experience with my roofing project. I had a leak fixed, new vents installed, and old vents re-sealed. The inspection and recommendation were free. The project manager was very transparent with me and let me know what was need-to-have vs. nice-to-have. My quote was fully itemized so I could understand the full spectrum of cost between necessary and optional repairs, and my project manager explained the benefit of all options. The coordinators on the phone and in-person were amazingly accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process. The crew cleaned up the massive mess created by the work in such a way that you'd never know they'd been there, and they cleaned off 2 years of leaves that were sitting on my roof rotting! My only issue was that my preference to pay with credit card would have cost me an additional 3%. I was sad to miss out on my points. I called them and told them I'd need a couple of days to pay because I realized I didn't have stamps or envelopes to send in a check (who mails checks anymore?), and they sent someone out to pick up my check within an hour of my call, so I didn't have to mess with going to the store. Top-notch service all around.

Roof Masters came to me by way of Home Advisor with an offer for a FREE roof inspection.

I called to schedule the FREE inspection and after setting the appointment I was told that the inspection would cost me $100.

Confused, I asked why - and was told that to qualify for the FREE inspection my home would need to be up for sale/escrow??

Lastly, I was told if there was damage done to my roof in the course of the inspection - they would not repair the damage that they had done?

I was very disappointed by the bait-and-switch ""FREE"" offer and unwillingness to repair damage done in the course of an inspection.

Earlier this year, Roof Masters provided a reroof. They were professional, courteous, and were extremely helpful in answering a myriad of questions before we started. We went from a damaged roof to a nicely part shingled roof & part torchdown (for flat part over garage). The project manager was very helpful & so was the office. In fact, during a communication error (on our part, not theirs) the owner called to reach out to us. We were very pleased with their communication and service. They also recommended the most cost effective measure to address some rafter issues. We would definitely recommend this company.

We went with The Roof Masters as a last-minute option when we were doing solar and our original roofer could not meet the schedule. Thinking we were lucky to find these guys at the last minute, now we believe there may have been a reason they were available on such short notice. They got the job done, but not without some major issues and drama. Since then, I got on the roof to re-install our pool thermal panels and have already found a couple tiles slipping (NO NAILS IN THEM AT ALL). I was terrified to look any deeper. I paid for another roofing company to inspect and give me an un-biased, honest opinion of the work. They said it is not worth fighting Roof Masters to have it re-done, but it was a terrible job. The sad thing is, our warranty is with Roof Masters. Now I doubt they will be around long enough to honor their warranty if they keep this low quality of work up, and I also feel a little nauseated thinking about them touching my house again. This is a bad situation to be in.
