We had two lift and relay jobs performed by the Roof Master recently, and we are so happy with their works and the whole process. Roof Master is undoubtedly one of the best roofing companies in SD. I would give them a score of 10/10, and would highly recommend RM to anyone who considers reroofing without any reservation.
I had quotes from at least 5 companies. RM based line pricing was not the lowest, but I believe the finished price would be on par with any other companies when it all said and done. They use synthetic underlayment that's designed to last for 50 years. Pretty much all the other quotes I obtained did not include tile breakages and charges extra for that, some of them use paper underlayment, shorter warranty, etc. RM includes everything in their quote, no surprise at the end. Any additional works that need to be done, like replacing a fascia, they would communicate with you in advance and ask for your approval.

The project manager, Jhonny Martinez, was awesome! He showed up on time for quoting, and used a drone to inspect the roof and explained pricing in details. He helped us removing some old satellite dishes without any additional charges. He kept in communication throughout the whole process. He had his crew working through the weekend to make sure roof is done before the rain. His crew, Annuar & Jason were professional. They did an awesome job, paid attention to details. I saw them reworks my skylight a bunch of times to make it perfect. I wanted some color on the concrete, they were happy to do it for me. They made sure that to clean up after each work days, making sure no nails on the drive way, etc. They documented all their works with photos of what had to be replaced, and materials they used so there is no question about why it was necessary, or material is same as on the quote. They send you all the photos afterward for your records.
I was trying to coordinate with a solar company, and they went out of their way to accommodate solar company schedule (too bad I can't say same thing about the solar company).

They are a trust worthy company, they will charge you what's fair and won't nickel and dime you. They even are willing to come back to inspect the roof after company install the solar stanchions to make sure that the roof is in good condition.

If you are looking for a roofing company, look no further. Save yourself time and money by going with the roof master.

Jhonny Martinez and his team replaced the tiles, on a large area of our roof, that had been heavily damaged when a mature tree fell onto the house following recent heavy rains. Jhonny's crew did great work: they were efficient, tidy, conscientious, and professional. The crew also made repairs to some of the roof structure that had been shattered, replaced the underlayer/vapour barrier, and matched the new tile with the original. We are very pleased!!

i Contacted Roof Masters when I had a leak next to my chimney. Johnny came out and identified the problem and fixed the roof leak. I haven't had any further problems with this issue. The work was first rate and there have been no other issues. This company was so good, I will only use them in the future. Just make sure you request Johnny when requesting services.

Two areas of my roof were leaking due to the recent rains in San Diego. When the first area started to leak, I called couple of roof repair companies and eventually picked Roof Masters. It turned out to be the right choice. Project Manager Jhonny came and did a thorough inspection of the area and offered a very reasonable price to repair the whole side of the roof. I booked the repair in two weeks. And just a week before the set repair date, the second area of the roof also started to leak. I called Jhonny urgently and he is very nice to come a second time and he was able to fit in the repairs for both areas in the original schedule. The roofers came on time, did a great job replacing the old underlayment and the damaged plywoods and finished the repair just in time before the heavy rain this Monday. Now I can rest assured and not worry about future rains. Thanks to Jhonny and the Roof Master's team.

Shout out to Project Manager Johnny Martinez!!! I reached out to Roof Masters because my gutter was damaged and I had few roof tiles that slid down. Johnny contacted me and came to check my house the following day. He was professional and thorough, covering all my inquiries and providing reasonable options. I opted to install a new underlayment and Roof Masters didn't disappoint. The job is pretty solid and timely. Luis and company were very efficient, organized and not cluttery.
Before I accepted the project, I inquired from 4 other contractors and Roof Masters is way more affordable.
Johnny was very responsive, technological and prompt with his response and update. He provided me photos before and after the installation and I could see how the project was efficiently done.

Avoid. Friendly up front. Leaking Roof in a location there was no prior leak with no interest by Roof Masters in repairing though warranty is promised. Internet line ripped out by Roof Masters and left dangling then hooked up to electricity pole (fire hazzard) and cut leaving us without internet/tv for the weekend. After unresponsive calls and finally an argument with the owner saying it's not their responsibility, my cut internet by Roof Masters was repaired by my internet provider. Contracted gutters never installed. Brand new hose has gash. Trash left everywhere. Contract threatened by staff to pay final installment or lein proceedings would begin though repair was unfinished. Mechanic leins are impossible to remove. So, we are forced to hire an attorney. Extra costs and headaches. Avoid.

Did a great job replacing my roof, both gable and flat portions. Very friendly and hard-working staff/crew. Making an appointment was easy, and they came out on time. In comparison to other bids, their estimate was very fair. They use very good materials, their warranty is excellent, and they finished a day earlier than estimated. But what stood out most was their service. Our project manager Carlos really took great care of us, was always very responsive, answered all my questions with expertise and kindness, and was a super cool dude. One of best I've worked with. I really appreciated the owner Rudy, also personally coming out to go over the project one day, to make sure I was taken care of, going above and beyond to do so. Susy at the office was also very helpful. Very happy with their work and professionalism.

We needed a roof done badly before the rainy season and roof masters was able to accommodate with both quote and job in roughly 2 weeks. Jhonny from roof masters was a big reason we went with this company. He was very responsive even before we went forward with them. His transparency and responsiveness before, throughout, and even after the job made this project so fast and efficient. In addition to the amazing customer service from Jhonny, the roof masters gave us a 20 year warranty which was also a determining factor. We will definitely go with them again when we need another roof repaired/replaced.
