The Roof Lady LLC came highly recommended to me by the owners of another trusted service provider who had used & recommended their services. Ellis gave us an in depth evaluation, including photos, of our issues & needed repairs, a detailed bid that was fairly priced, and a great crew that was able to complete the job in two days. Ours was a total roof replacement, and included repairs to damage created by raccoons who decided they wanted to share our home. Ellis was on site both days, kept us informed of what they were finding under the old shingles, and, even though his crew did an excellent job of cleaning up the job site, he came back & walked the property himself to insure all was in order. Very impressed!

I had my roof replaced by the Roof Lady in August 2018, and Ellis was very prompt with a competitive bid and his team removed and replaced my roof in one day. They didn't charge extra to remove some outdated equipment we had attached to the roof. We highly recommend Ellis and the Roof Lady.

Giving these guys a five-star because they came out gave me a quote, did all the repairs necessary for the price quoted plus they did some extra work at no additional charge. The only flaw with this company that I found was a lack of communication on when the job was going to get completed. A word of advice for the owner, just because it was a simple low-cost repair, try not to make your customers feel like they got put on the back burner.

The Roof Lady just put a new roof on my house (August 2016) and the whole experience was excellent. I had meetings with the owner and her son regarding materials, colors and price, then it took one day for the removal of the old roof and putting the new material on. They found water damage on some areas of the wood decking and replaced that. Victoria was truly great at answering all questions and making sure I was satisfied with every step. Honestly you can't go wrong using The Roof Lady and her pricing was unbelievable. I'd use her again and will recommend her. My realtor also uses her services (Suman Khisty with Keller Williams in Round Rock, another 5 star recommendation). Very impressed!

I've used the The Roof Lady several times for quick fixes now and again after storms. Always very quick and very easy. They show up, give a quick estimate and get up there and fix it.

Recently I had some trees trimmed back that had been rubbing the roof, and had them out to fix that part of the roof. I wanted a more official process and got written bids from several different roofing contractors. They came in much cheaper than everyone else and did a fantastic job.

They are a small business and have always been great to work with, they have great customer service. They are glad to use email which for me works great!

All around an excellent company.
