I called Roof Joker to inspect my roof after Snowpocalypse 2.0, because several ice-laden branches had scraped the roof as gravity took its toll. I wanted to be sure the roof didn't need repairs to prevent future leaks, and also have a roofer who can help get insurance to cover if it did.
Making an appointment was super speedy, and Don came out right away. Turns out, there wasn't any damage. No charge for them to check it out, no unnecessary repairs recommended, and I have peace of mind that everything is A-OK. They even uploaded multiple photos that I can use for reference in the future of the current state of the roof. I'll definitely be calling the next time I need help with my roof!

When our home was built, the original roofer put the wrong vent where the laundry room vent should be. Little did we know, we were living with a. huge fire hazard. I called the Roof Joker and they sent Logan out the next day and he rushed this project through and repaired it immediately. He was in constant communication with us and such a pleasure to work with. The Roof Joker will be getting our business when it comes time to replace our roof. Highly recommend!

Art contacted us to let us know his ETA and to make sure it still worked with our schedule - seriously extremely considerate! He made sure out roof didn't sustain any damage during the recent hail storm and then went out of his way to fix a different problem before it became a huge issue. It's hard to find trustworthy contractors that aren't trying to sell you something you don't need. Our roof is back to looking great and I'm now a loyal customer. I've seriously been recommending this company on local Reddit groups and Facebook groups since - they're worth it!
