What a great experience. The owner Josh called me the same day I called . He explained everything with me and gave me great advice with my insurance policy. Instead of hosing me for a whole roof, he advised me to fix the shingles i had missing until i could get a better insurance policy with a lower deductible. They came the next day and did my repair. Also the cost was so affordable. Customer service was amazing, and his wife Melody emailed me all the paperwork and helped me with my appointment.
Love that it was a family hometown business. Great job, Roof Joker. Highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Jason is a true professional---When he arrived, he asked about my issue and concerns I had with my roof. I learned a-lot in the 45 minutes he was here, more than any other roofer...He walked me through my upstairs attic pointing out my roof deficiencies, (a furnace pipe out onto the roof) after a brief description of our conversation outside. He knew where to go. BLUF--he is good and represents The Roof Joker well.

I called Roof Joker to inspect my roof after Snowpocalypse 2.0, because several ice-laden branches had scraped the roof as gravity took its toll. I wanted to be sure the roof didn't need repairs to prevent future leaks, and also have a roofer who can help get insurance to cover if it did.
Making an appointment was super speedy, and Don came out right away. Turns out, there wasn't any damage. No charge for them to check it out, no unnecessary repairs recommended, and I have peace of mind that everything is A-OK. They even uploaded multiple photos that I can use for reference in the future of the current state of the roof. I'll definitely be calling the next time I need help with my roof!

When our home was built, the original roofer put the wrong vent where the laundry room vent should be. Little did we know, we were living with a. huge fire hazard. I called the Roof Joker and they sent Logan out the next day and he rushed this project through and repaired it immediately. He was in constant communication with us and such a pleasure to work with. The Roof Joker will be getting our business when it comes time to replace our roof. Highly recommend!
