The Roof Joker replaced my roof a couple years ago after we suffered from some significant storm damage.

We got hit pretty hard by the recent hailstorm, so I asked them to come out for an inspection. Shaun was super professional, arrived on time, was communicative, and provided a ton of photos to show how everything looked.

We had a little damage (the hail was huge) that they're taking care of, and I remain a happy customer. I've recommended them to multiple people who have also been satisfied with their service.

I called the ""Roof Joker"" company months ago when we had the ice freeze in Austin, TX to inspect my roof. Shaun came over and did an extensive analysis on the roof. He sent me pictures to view the damages. He was very professional, honest, polite and friendly. I gave the inspection report to the insurance underwriter and he found the same issues with the roof as Shaun did. I did not have to replace the whole roof but fix the few damages. Shaun and the owner were able to help me out with pricing. They are very reasonable with their pricing. The roofer came over to fix the roof and Shaun did a follow up inspection which I was satisfied about and he emailed me the completed photos of the roof. The ladies in the office, Windy and Melody were awesome. I would recommend Shaun who is a great asset to ""Roof Joker"" to friends and family. Thank you

I can't give a full review because I didn't end up needing any work done, but this company made a good first impression. I thought I might have some ice storm damage. Don showed up exactly on time and took a look around the roof. He made some suggestions for some things to do in the future if/when I actually need a new roof, but he said it didn't look like there was any significant damage from the frozen branches. So no repairs (and no charge) this time, but if we get another storm, I will likely call these guys first.

What a great experience. The owner Josh called me the same day I called . He explained everything with me and gave me great advice with my insurance policy. Instead of hosing me for a whole roof, he advised me to fix the shingles i had missing until i could get a better insurance policy with a lower deductible. They came the next day and did my repair. Also the cost was so affordable. Customer service was amazing, and his wife Melody emailed me all the paperwork and helped me with my appointment.
Love that it was a family hometown business. Great job, Roof Joker. Highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Jason is a true professional---When he arrived, he asked about my issue and concerns I had with my roof. I learned a-lot in the 45 minutes he was here, more than any other roofer...He walked me through my upstairs attic pointing out my roof deficiencies, (a furnace pipe out onto the roof) after a brief description of our conversation outside. He knew where to go. BLUF--he is good and represents The Roof Joker well.

I called Roof Joker to inspect my roof after Snowpocalypse 2.0, because several ice-laden branches had scraped the roof as gravity took its toll. I wanted to be sure the roof didn't need repairs to prevent future leaks, and also have a roofer who can help get insurance to cover if it did.
Making an appointment was super speedy, and Don came out right away. Turns out, there wasn't any damage. No charge for them to check it out, no unnecessary repairs recommended, and I have peace of mind that everything is A-OK. They even uploaded multiple photos that I can use for reference in the future of the current state of the roof. I'll definitely be calling the next time I need help with my roof!

When our home was built, the original roofer put the wrong vent where the laundry room vent should be. Little did we know, we were living with a. huge fire hazard. I called the Roof Joker and they sent Logan out the next day and he rushed this project through and repaired it immediately. He was in constant communication with us and such a pleasure to work with. The Roof Joker will be getting our business when it comes time to replace our roof. Highly recommend!

Josh Hadden and his employees at The Roof Joker (Art is my fav) are the absolute most honest, hardworking company in the business. The customer service is beyond excellent!!! I'm telling you if you need a new roof or roof repairs you will be doing yourself a disservice but not going with them. Top Notch company!!!

5-star service! No doubt. Shaun is wonderful in explaining to me the situation. I was in a rush to ask for help since I know rain is coming to my area next day. He came and patch the roof for me to make sure no leak will happen next day. He is so helpful and honest person!

I was blown away by the crew at The Roof Joker. These guys came out to check my damaged roof in a moments notice. They were super friendly and explained my various options and pricing. Once I agreed to let them handle the job and they went to work that minute. They kept me updated with photos throughout the process and finished up quickly. Their work was top notch. I'll be calling them for all my roofing needs from now on!
