Watched these guys almost wreck 3 cars and cause a freeway pileup so that they could drive a mile in the shoulder to cut traffic. Would you trust them to install a roof safely if they can't even drive safely?

Contacted Bill Hudson with the Roof Doctor to see if he could fix a leak on our roof. After the rainstorms we had our roof leaked and went thru the bedroom ceiling and left a hole in the ceiling. He came out with his grandson and a friend of the grandson. We have solar. Bill said no problem they found the leak and they can fix it. Gave us a 2 year labor warranty. Charged us $975.00 it was $1,075.00 but discounted $100.00 putting his sign in our yard. We agreed. Less then a week another storm came through and the bucket we had in the bedroom from the leak we left there just to be sure it was fixed had water in it. Still leaking. They did not fix the leak. We called he then back tracked and said I can't do anything until you remove solar then I will fix under the warranty. Why didn't he say that from the start??? So we asked him to please return a portion of what we paid in the amount of $700.00 to us and keep the $275.00 for his service call. He stated I do not have $700.00. He sent another person to our house to look at it to see if he could fix it. Saw the solar never went up on roof to look and told us can not fix it. DO NOT USE this roofer. Takes your money and run. If he was an honest roofer he should of told us he couldn't do it due to solar but no he didn't fix and took our money. Also can't find a contractors license number on his business to verify if it's valid. BEWARE before you do business with this company. Check for license and insurance. Now we have to go to small claims to try to regroup some of our money.

Bill Hudson and his grandson Preston did some repair work on my roof which had an isolated area leak issue. The work was completed in a timely manner and at a very reasonable rate. Two days of medium intensity rain have have occurred nearly a week after the repair and no leaking has been detected thus far.

Only use this company if you want your neighbors to hate you. Roofers from this company have been replacing a roof *four* doors down from our house, near Culver City. They have been blaring their music SO loudly all day, that we have had to close all of our windows just to hear each other inside the house. How is this okay? There are babies sleeping and several elderly people nearby. I have left several messages on their answering machine so they could remind their workers this is very disrespectful in a residential neighborhood. Nothing has been done.

Roof Doctor, Bill Hudson declared the roof, ""water tight"" and suggested the roof be power washed. It was later learned that a row of tiles detached from the roof, and needed repair, and valleys weren't completely cleaned, and there was still a leaks in my garage that they did come back to fix. I'm sure they will do better once his young helpers gain further experience. I was surprised to learn later that he only patches his roofs, and doesn't supply new tiles.

Can't give less than one star. Guy working inland empire is the rudest jerk. I was waiting for someone to pull out of handicap parking spot and he drove around and into spot around me. When my husband said hey we were waiting for the spot he started yelling profanities and threatened to fight.

I agree with peter below me. Me, my husband and my two youngest children,3yr&9 months, were driving in the carpool lane. I was behind the driver seat. And husband was in the passenger seat. This Worktruck with The RoofDoctors sign along side of it had crossed over in two lanes during stop and go and almost hit our suv with my 9month old behind my husband. If I didn't brake or honk he would have tboned my daughters door. He then proceeded to cut off other vehicles to get up next to our truck to scream profanities and waving the finger and almost hitting us several times after that. All the while my children are seeing this (mind you they are autistic so caused tantrums)and I'm having to drive unsafe to just avoid an accident or harm. He endangered others and us...and it started with him being unsafe and because I avoided it, he harassed us and I did try to report him to CHP I'm sure as well as others on the 215 frway by The 60 frway. This just happened yesterday evening about 7pm. Please be careful. This man is very hostile unsafe and reckless. And doesn't care about disabled children or their parents. As well as other civilians. He can't drive and caused his own road rage.

If I can give a negative I would. His guys ruined my moms brick work and flower beds with the crap the spilled all over the place. Then sent his wife or whoever to pick up the check, instead of showing up himself like he was supposed to. Keep looking my sister found this guy. Now I wish she would of looked more into this company.

I was riding my bike home from work today in Riverside when suddenly, for no apparent reason, somebody in a truck with ""The Roof Doctor"" on the side blasts his horn and yells, ""Get off the bike!""

I was following all laws: white light in front, red in back, riding on the far right side of the road, passing an intersection on a green light, as required by law. So, I can only imagine that this guy was one of a small number of people who have a very poor understanding of traffic laws and think that cyclists are supposed to ride on the sidewalk (which is illegal) or are supposeed to walk their bike through crosswalks (which is not a law at all, it's just something crossing guards ask children to do).

Then, he pulls up next to me as I continued to ride and says, ""Hey! I almost hit you!"" If he had hit me, he would have gone to prison, because I was passing through an intersection on a green light and he would have been turning right on red and hitting someone who had the right of way. But apparently his knowledge of traffic law is so poor that he thinks I would have been at fault somehow. I ignored him, but he continued to drive alongside me and continue his angry tirade.

I would never let someone so hot tempered work on one of my properties. Also, I would never hire someone so ignorant of traffic laws, lest they hit someone while doing a job for me and I get tangled in a lawsuit.

This encounter gives insight into this man's character. Have higher standards. Find another roofer. Yelp is full of them.
