Roof Depot replaced all the roofs in my neighborhood. Many dryer vents (our dryers vent through the roof) were broken, bent or not up to code after being inspected. Roof Depot did not acknowledge this nor offer to fix even after pictures were submitted. We all had to have other companies fix what Roof Depot broke. Do NOT use this company!!!

It was a pleasure doing business with Roof Depot for the re-roofing of our house and our shed. Our project was large as we also replaced water damaged boards and Tongue & Groove planks. Roof Depot did it all! Walker Mayo, our salesperson was extremely professional. He gave a thorough presentation of Roof Depot's roofing process and materials using physical materials that we could inspect for each phase of the roofing. The presentation was well-organized and comprehensive. Walker has an easygoing manner and was able to answer any questions we had, as well as draw comparisons to other roofing processes and materials out there. Walker did everything he could to keep the project moving smoothly whether it be obtaining additional materials or discussing decisions that needed to be made.

The Roof Depot crew was outstanding! They were fast, skilled and experienced. They prepped the area by moving planters and lawn furniture out of the way and put tarps everywhere. Crew members didn't just throw materials on the roof as we've seen so often. They were truly interested in doing a quality job. We also appreciated their willingness to accept feedback if something didn't look quite right, and then fix it. The crew clean-up was great. Our job took a few days, and at the end of each day, they cleaned the job site. At the end of the project, the crew made several passes through our gardens to scan for nails and small debris. Walker walked our roof upon completion to evaluate the work. We would highly recommend Roof Depot.

They came out to look at leak in roof. Called multiple times to find out status. Never had the courtesy to call me back after they came out to look at it. I called them at least 5 times with no response.

I wanted to post my experience for our $13k roof replacement with roof depot to warn others about areas to be watchful over. First, make sure you address the flashing installed at edges of roof. They refuse to paint the shiney metal that catches your eye. It looks unfinished and unprofessional. Second, there are hundreds of nails and old roofing materials left on the ground and in bushes surrounding the house. Lastly the upgraded shingles have a flat look which looks cheap. Be sure you address these issues before hiring The Roof Depot.

RD was contracted by Lowes to replace our windows. Workman had no clue about the job when he showed up. Discovering it was a brick exterior, and due to inconsistent measurements inside house/some outside caused window order to vary by opening, meaning extra work chiseling frame, and mess. Took 14 days for 16 windows. iPad went missing, and they said, 'Call Apple.' Still picking up glass from the yard weeks later because of no clean-up plan. Poor communication throughout from management. Would not recommend, and no longer a Lowe's customer based on their choice here.
